Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood

None - your staff are shit. You gave me stress when I arrived in the hotel. Your front desk attendant told me, my payment was NOT received but when I checked with my bank, it was early booked and it was a successful paid transaction. I tried to reach out to your customer service for help to fix the problem but there was no update until now. I made several follow ups already. Booking.com and hotel 81 should have done better if you guys resolved it right away. Now, I'm stressed with this case with the bank to refund my double payment. I want someone fired in your office.

I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The front desk staff named Rayson & Farah were friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made my stay even better.

The location is convenient, with plenty of food options nearby and easy access to transportation. The check-in process was smooth and efficient as well.

Overall, I had a great experience and felt that it was good value for money. I would definitely stay at Hotel 81 Hollywood again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Singapor

Room clean

Le personnel était très gentil, la chambre était super mais je pense que pour deux personnes, la chambre aurait été petite.
L’hôtel est très bien située, la majorité de mes déplacements se sont faits en bus.
La Clim fonctionne très bien !

Thanks for the hotel manager rayson provide a free late check out for me due to I have a late flight, The front desk Elvin and Fauzie were very friendly and polite when checking me in and Elvin allowed us to have a free early check in he is very kind and willing to help. besides that I would really want to praise the housekeeping team Liu Zhen because the room was very clean and a Malay guy Ashmir he help us immediately solve the problem when the basin is stucked. Great job hotel 81. I will recommend it to my friends and family and I will be sure coming back to stay again in future when I come to Singapore.

The staff were really polite and friendly, Especially Elvin, our flight reach early and we arrived hotel early,Elvin really care about us he know we have a long flight and we are tired then he offer us an early check in for us, that's was really great and helpful for us. Besides that I would also really thanks for the hotel manager Rayson that let us have a slightly late check out for free due to we have a late night flight, that's was amazing. During our stay at the night time we request for towel /help /advise from hotel manager Rayson and front desk Fauzie they were really friendly to help us and solve our request immediately. Hotel 81 management you all are really lucky to have a really great staff like them, It makes my trip smoother and really enjoy to staying at Hotel 81 Hollywood, I will be coming back again in future and highly recommend to my friends and family, great job guys!

The receptionists are very cute, especially Aida and Aileen (sorry if I remember your name incorrectly). They've helped us a lot during our stay and we felt completely assured.

Had a solid stay at Hotel 81 Premier Hollywood. It is a highly uniquely decorated budget option that offers great value for Singapore. The room was clean, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the free Wi-Fi was reliable. It is located in Geylang, about an 11-to-12-minute walk to both Mountbatten and Kallang MRT stations, making it easy to get around. Friendly staff name Rayson And Fauzie and a smooth check-in process. Perfect if you just need a low-cost, no-frills place to sleep!
