Bardzo przyjemy hotel godny polecenia.
Pros:

Śniadanie bardzo urozmaicone i smaczne. Pokój czysty i z działającą klimatyzacją. Personel bardzo miły. SPA bardzo przyjemne. Chętnie tam wrócę.

WiFi w pokoju było słabe.

Wyjątkowy, przemiły, kompetentny personel. Hotel, jedzenie i otoczenie - super. I tak blisko Warszawy! Będziemy tu wracać.

Jeśli będę potrzebować znów noclegu w Otwocku- z pewnością tu wrócę

Czystość, obsługa (szczególnie na recepcji) usytuowanie, cisza, bardzo smaczne posiłki

Cons:

Mały minus: młodziutkie dziewczyny obsługa podczas śniadania o 10.00 zgasiły światło w restauracji i ostentacyjnie i głośno sprzątały stoliki tuż obok nas, mimo że sala restauracyjna jest duża i inne stoliki w oddaleniu od naszego też wymagały przygotowania. Niekomfortowo kończy się dopijać kawę w takiej sytuacji. Rozumiem, że śniadanie kończy się o 10.00 ale to nie stołówka pracownicza żeby na komendę wychodzić w pośpiechu z restauracji w 4* hotelu… natomiast tego samego dnia na kolacji- pełen profesjonalizm, uprzejmość i wysoka kultura osobista równie młodej kelnerki- dziękujemy :)
