L'albergo è un gioiellino storico,posizione panoramica nel cuore del sacro monte, si vedono tutti i laghi ad ovest di Varese,compreso il lago Maggiore,lo staff è molto gentile e sempre pronto,ci hanno aiutato col trasporto bagagli, colazione abbondante e varia, bella la terrazza ma purtroppo per pioggia non l'abbiamo goduta
Non lo consiglierei a persone con difficoltà al cammino, in quanto l'accesso si trova su strada in salita e acciottolata, camere accessibili con un piano di scale

Son authenticité !!
La salle de bain était trop petite, la cabine douche n’était pas étanche.
Manque de clarté dans la chambre.
A priori vue sur le lac mais avec un sapin immense devant la fenêtre, donc finalement très peu de vue sur le lac pour notre chambre !!!
Avec 4 étoiles, une petite machine à café ou une bouilloire aurait été la bienvenue

The location of this property is amazing. It’s not the most convenient but it’s totally worth it for the experience. We had a balcony room which was well worth getting. The bed was comfortable and the room decor is nice. Staff were very friendly.
Our shower leaked a LOT. After a 3 minute shower the floor was 1cm deep in water, leaking out into the room. After seeing another review with the same comment this seems to be a long standing issue. The restaurant is ok but I would say a somewhat overpriced - we each had a tiramisu and they had both been frozen, which you could taste and also feel in the texture (plus one came out with a small piece of cling film still on top)
