Cons:

Tive problemas, às 20h30 da noite alguém bateu na minha porta e tentou abrir. Entrei em contato com a recepção para saber se eram eles, não fui atendida em nenhum momento. Só no dia seguinte consegui falar com eles pq fui até a recepção. O detalhe é que a recepção é 24h e o wpp não foi atendido, nem o telefone fixo. Fiquei extremamente assustada e sem suporte

O pior hotel que já estive em toda minha vida.
Pros:

Somente o fato do ar condicionado estar funcionando, todavia, duvido que esteja sendo limpo regularmente.

Cons:

Toalhas sujas, nos forneceram pano de chão om manchas de sangue no lugar de toalhas de rosto. O café da manhã não foi suficiente para todos os hóspedes. Camas quebradas, banheiros com portas danificadas, sem box de vidro, sem apoio para shampoo e condicionador, televisão sem funcionar, aspecto de sujeira. A cozinha não é limpa e é desorganizada. O hotel mostra total falta de gestão e recursos. Parece um hotel abandonado. As fotos não condizem com a realidade. A pior estadia que estive em minha vida. Estava com minha namorada e a tia dela e me preocupei muito com o bem estar e a saúde delas devido às condições precárias do quarto e do hotel.
