Tissa's Inn

The rooms were clean and comfortable, the location was perfect. The staff very friendly and helpful, many thanks to Sanitha, Christina and Shifa for their warm welcome. The restaurant is one of the best we tried in India. Biju is an excellent chef and is not afraid to share his recipes.

Great location. Beautiful building and room. Staff were friendly, attentive and sincere. Breakfast was very good. The restaurant served excellent dinner and chef was very professional and personally cared about guests.

We had a superb stay at Tisha’s Inn. This is our second time and we were not disappointed at all. Very clean and pleasant rooms with all amenities. The staff is always willing to help with requests. Sumptuous breakfast with the staff gently insisting you try everything and rightly so. We had a wedding to attend and Shifa and Sanitha were extremely helpful with my saree draping (an out of the blue request), and I did see them arrange a surprise birthday celebration that morning as well. Situated in a relatively quiet area, yet with quick access to taxis, the place is a perfect mix of old world charm and contemporary aesthetics. Looking forward to my next vacation there!

Where to begin?! We loved every moment of our stay and we wished we could have had Tissa's with us at every other city we stayed in India, thereafter!!! This is an amazing place to stay. They set the bar so very high, it was hard for others to follow.

It was the perfect way to be welcomed along our first stop of our big trip to attend our first Indian wedding in Trivandrum. Our stay was made even more exceptional by all the tips and assistance they gave us as we went wedding clothing shopping in Fort Kochi. We really appreciated the extra help.

This special little boutique hotel is well decorated, maintained and has a relaxing rooftop pool and outdoor space, but what is so unique is the exceptionally warm, welcoming environment created by this truly caring and friendly team of people. They enhance your whole experience.

I have so many thank yous including Sanitha who made me feel at home with her kindness and laughter. Kristina with her warm, helpful and friendly presence. Shifra with her bright and friendly energy. Heno with his calm and relaxed attitude, even at midnight when he so graciously checked us in. And Lakshmi who made me feel so welcomed and calm with the smiles she shared. Also to the young fella, who was often helping Lakshmi, who I regretfully did not officially meet, but I hope to next time. Thank you for your kind smiles and hellos you offered, every time you saw us. You are all such an incredible group of people who make staying at Tissa's so much more than just staying at a gorgeous boutique hotel.

Not only is the hotel lovely, but their restaurant's chef, Chef Biju, creates food that is so scrumptious and passionately prepared, we ended up eating all our meals at Tissa's! Enjoying his delicious Kerala cuisine and locally caught fish dishes breakfast, lunch and dinner. Amazing!!!

Thank you so much to the entire Tissa's team! We appreciate you and miss you! All three of us, myself, my husband and my dad, all hope to come again...for longer!!!

We had an amazing stay at this outstanding boutique hotel, in a charming colonial house. Loved the unique decor with art and antiques. The food is excellent, a top quality chef. The best thing of all is the exceptional staff team . They are all truly lovely people, excell at their jobs and are the friendliest people you could meet. My husband had an accident while we were staying there and hotel staff took us to the hospital, stayed with us late into the night, gave us support and care every step of the way. Over the following days they were like family to us... every single staff member went out of their way to show us care and kindness. We stayed 6 days recuperating and will never forget their kindness. This hotel is unique, beautiful and a joy to stay at.
