Pros:

Great location, big room, easy access. There are supermarket, Family Mart, drugstore, Seria, and restaurants located really close to the restaurant. So you have all you need.

We were 4 adults and 3 toodlers, the room was big enough for us with more than enough space for our luggages.

They have also washing machine which includes dryer with reasonable price, the only thing is because there are only a handful of it, it is usually fully occupied and you have to wait until the previous person is done.

There was some misunderstanding in the beginning as the receptionist thought the payment was already done, which in fact was not yet done, so they left a letter on our door asking us to do the payment again. But it was solved without issue.

I would like to stay here again when I am back in Japan.

Pros:

お部屋が想像してた以上に広くてよかったし、冷蔵庫も大きくお部屋でくつろぐには最高でした

Cons:

駐車場の割引がなかった😣
温泉に行くのに一度外に出ないといけなくて、部屋着のまま行くことができず残念

Space is sufficient. View from the room is nice. Place is clean. It is close to train station.
Cons:

(1) There is no gym room. It seems disappointment as a decent hotel but without a gym room.
(2) The TV channel is insufficient. At least there shall be some English channel for News, Discovery, etc.

Pros:

the location is best, it is just 2 min walk from the metro station and the tower is so big that the views from the room are wonderful, it has everything that a family need. the staff are super friendly and were willing to help us wherever they can. will definitely recommend this hotel to anyone who values time and need good comfort.
