Flott utsikt fra rommet med sol oppgang, veldig god parkeringsplass og bra beliggenhet. Det finnes mange aktiviteter på området. Støtte mat butikk med mengder av mat varer er rett ved hotell

Stor ekstra kostnad i samme roms kategori vender mot bay utsikt - dette er spesiell kostnad, i forhold til andre hotell er valgt mulighet uten ekstra kostnad.

因為特別選空庭溫泉的住宿,有特別每天早上跟晚上去泡湯,很舒適!很喜歡空庭溫泉

因本人父親身體不適,早上11點多先跟櫃台人員(女性短髮戴眼鏡,不是日本人)放置行李(因未尚未到check in時間),告知預計可能晚上8點多才會拿行李,然後特別跟櫃台人員說,因為我父親身體不舒服,他不懂日文及英文,請他在大廳的沙發等候區,若到check in3:00pm麻煩讓他先辦理入住,我還特別問櫃台人員是否需要先拿我的護照及父親的護照(因為我是主要登記者),她說不用,她會叫他3:00pm(可入住check in)會請他過去,我也特別跟我父親說請他坐在沙發上等,若3:00pm時間到了,櫃台人員未叫您,請直接去給護照,結果晚上我們回到飯店,還發現父親還在在那裏沙發區,我父親說沒有人來叫他,而且他3:10pm還特別去找櫃台人員,但一位男性櫃台人員不知道有這件事情,然後我的父親就從那時放行李一直等到晚上10點多(因為我們其它家人有行程delate回來,想說當時已經有跟女性服務人員說了,父親應該已進入房間),父親也沒手機,所以我們還特地告知女性櫃台人員一定要跟他說請他去入住(可入住時間是3:00pm),他就這樣等了十個多小時,非常糟糕的櫃台人員服務,後來我有跟晚上的男性日本櫃檯人員說,他說他會再嚴厲的跟中午服務的那位女性櫃檯人員說明,但我完全沒有收到任何反饋，結果最後一天退房也是那位女性櫃台人員,她也完全沒有任何對我們有印象,也無任何道歉說明,我也不想在跟那女性櫃台人員說什麼了,因為真的是太糟糕了!另外當天入住時發現枕頭上有毛髮,清潔未乾淨,需待加強!

Beautiful and convenient spot
Pros:

Location to Bentencho station is great— so easy to jump on trains and head all over the city and day trips to other cities close by as well. The rooms are clean, quiet and the views are unreal from the windows. Modern hotel, great staff. Beautiful spot.

ぐっすり眠れて良かったです。
Pros:

２回目ですが、部屋が快適でした。

Cons:

１５時チェックインです。と言われて待っていましたが、１５時より前に並んでチェックインしてる方がいました。
１５時からと言うのなら、１５時ピッタリからにするか「今から手続きできます。」の声かけがあったら嬉しかったです。

가성비 너무 좋아요.. 뷰도 환상적이고, 대중교통과의 연결성도 너무 좋구요... 호텔 근처 인프라도 너무 훌륭합니다.. 룸 크기도 크고 좋아요.. USJ, 가이유칸, 난바, 도톤보리 등의 연결성이 너무 좋네요..

Cons:

4702호 화장실의 변기에서 냄새가 조금 납니다.. 아마도 변기의 청소 문제가 아니라 변기 코깅의 문제로 보이는데 조치가 되어야 할 것 같습니다.
