Pros:

It's close to usj that's why we chose it.
Big room, daily housekeeping.
Supermarket, konbibi, mc donalds, pharmacy, sayseriya, and a few restaurants. Super convenient.

Great
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Art hotel in Osaka. The location was fantastic and perfect for one adult travelling with three children. Everything we needed was within easy walking distance, including train station.

The accommodation was clean, comfortable, and made our stay in Osaka easy and enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to families visiting the city.

Alles zusammen war es ein guter Aufenthalt, schnell bei der U-Bahn. Schnell im Zentrum. Frühstück im 51. Stock, Top.
Pros:

Das 2 U-Bahnlinien unmittelbar in der Nähe sind. Sowie der Onsen gleich neben an.

Cons:

Das für 5 Personen gebucht war und nur 3 Handtücher bereit gestellt waren. Auch keine von alleine am 2. Tag nachgelegt wurden. Der Waschsalon ist für die große des Hotels leider sehr klein und man muss eventuell längere Wartezeiten hin nehmen.

大満足のお部屋
Pros:

チェックイン時に
「満室の為、お部屋をグレードUPさせて頂きました！」
とのことで部屋に入った瞬間、
家族全員、部屋の広さ、ソファの大きさに
「ヤバい！！」を連発していました！
夜景も見れて、大満足です！！

Cons:

ポットの中が拭いたあとのホコリがあった。
中を水でゆすいだらホコリも流れたので大丈夫ですが、少し気になりました。

立地がよく、移動が楽でした。

Cons:

お部屋ある、引き出しの中に入っている少し大きめの鏡ですが、前泊者が使用したと思われる痕跡（ファンデーションやアイシャドウやラメ）がベタベタついたままでした。
洗面シンクも、少し汚れていました。

子供添い寝で予約した場合、タオルが別料金であることの説明がなかった。
地下にあるランドリーは5台しかなく、使いづらい。
