La struttura è molto bella e dispone di tanti servizi, parcheggio privato coperto a pagamento, piscina scoperta e coperta molto belle, possibilità di fare saunee e massaggi a pagamento di cui non abbiamo usufruito. La camera era piccola ma completa di tutto e pulita, il letto era abbastanza comodo anche se i cuscini erano molto morbidi e abbiamo dovuto chiederne due extra che ci sono stati forniti tutti. Di fronte all'hotel si accede alla passeggiata che porta sul lungo mare fino in centro, bellissima. Colazione varia e molto abbondante. Il personale della reception impeccabile, sempre gentili e professionali

La cena non è stata all'altezza delle aspettative di un grand hotel, poco varia con qualità bassa, inoltre gli orari sono discutibili in una località marittima in estate il buffet è aperto dalle 18 30 alle 21 ma se arrivi alle 20 30 già iniziano a pulire e portare via il cibo, estenderei l'orario almeno fino alle 22 nel periodo estivo

Bella e buona colazione e buffet a cena con vasto assortimento. Staff gentile. Camere pulite, bella vista sulla baia. Parcheggio auto interno disponibile, a pagamento. Bella località.

Sehr komfortables Hotel, die Preise für Essen und extrem für Getränke sind in Opatija sehr teuer.
Pros:

Nettes Personal, super Frühstück, gute Lage.

Cons:

Garage 20€ pro Tag finde ich bei den Übernachtungspreisen zu hoch.

Geweldige vakantie
Pros:

Uitzicht op zee vanuit de balkon, loopafstand van de zee, zwembad, bar, riante ontbijt, personeel onwijs aardig, schoonen kamers, goede douche, eigenlijk alles! Wij hebben elke moment genoten!

Personalnwar sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstücksauswahl war gut. Lage war gut.

Cons:

Teppichboden im Zimmer. Fenster die nicht aif Kipp geöffnet werden konnten. Die Lüftung hat nicht funktioniert.

Stairs…..
Cons:

Never seen so many stairs in the common areas. Stairs to the room lift, stairs to the restaurant, stairs everywhere and no reason just bad design. If you don’t like stairs think twice….
Open the room door and you walk into the bathroom, wall is angled, very tight.

Nakon rezervacije na booking za 1 sobu sa 2 odvojena kreveta + ostavio sam izricitu napomenu da mi je potrebna soba sa 2 odvojena kreveta, na check in-u su rekli da nema vise tih soba a na vrijeme sam rezervirao, nisam zadovoljan s tim nacinom usluge, zasto reklamirate da imate sobe kad ih nema ili nije moguce

A Grand Hotel, and a wonderfully grand holiday.
Pros:

The location was excellent, there was €20 a day parking , an outdoor infinity pool and a wellness centre. Our room was quite small, but had a superb ocean view. Very helpful courteous staff too.

Cons:

The property is made up of two hotels, one has 6 levels, the other has 8 levels. There are some stairs to navigate until you get to the elevator in our building, and getting from the garage to your hotel along walkways can also be a bit of a maze. Not major issues but something to be aware of.
