我订的是4间King Size的床，结果我拿到了2间Queen，2间King，一上楼我先去朋友的房间参观，最后才进自己的房间，一进房间我就察觉不对 我和朋友的房间相差太大，我订的明明就是一样的 可是我的床也太小了，我一发现房间床号不对 马上下楼去柜台找那位原本接待我的服务员，结果理由却说等明天 我留房间给你（最后我和他说 明天我的行程满满，我需要到晚上才回来换 可以吗）重点他还跟我确保一定会留房间给我，第二天晚上 我一回来疲惫的去到柜台 以为可以换房间了，结果员工和我说房间已经满了，我中午打电话去房间 你没有听 我就把房源卖了，什么鬼 我昨天明明就特别交代了 我会晚上回来 你自己答应我说 可以！现在又说没有房间！如果办不到就不要随意答应我！真的真的气到火滚！结果到最后还是没有换给我，也没有任何的表态，员工遇到问题就推卸责任，不是想办法解决 反而一推再推，这间酒店，一次体验 我绝对不想再去了！😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Good enough but wouldn’t stay here again
Pros:

The hotel is nice with great amenities and very central in Bangkok, but the staff and check in process ruined the beginning of the stay. They ask you to check in online and give them your preferences, but then proceed to ignore them whilst also having an extended check in process on arrival in which we weren’t even given all the information.

Our bags were taken on arrival by staff, but then never delivered to our room. Instead I was forced to go down 30 min later and ask for them again, at which point I was told they would be delivered soon but I decided to wait and take them myself. It shouldn’t take 45 min to deliver bags to your room! We would’ve just taken them ourselves if we knew. Overall the staff just doesn’t seem bothered.

They also charge extra for beds for young children which does not make sense. Usually hotels will provide them for kids under 10 but here they somehow expect you to share bed with kids. Which also wasn’t stated on their website. 1400 baht pers night for a little bed isn’t acceptable.

Breakfast is ok, nothing out of the ordinary but it looks pretty. The fact that you have to take 2 elevators to get out is also an unnecessary hassle. Spa treatments cost about 3x more than on the street. I would not stay here again.
