Perfect location for everything
Bedside table could have been drawers instead so we can put additional items. With the phone there and the clock there’s not much space for our phones/tablets/book etc to put into.
Convenient. Close to major shopping area.

הזמנו חדר לשלושה מבוגרים וקיבלנו מיטה גדולה ומיטה מתקפלת שהייתה לא נוחה בעליל. ביקשנו להחליף חדר לחדר עם שלוש מיטות או מיטה שתתאים לגודל של מבוגר ולא תשבור את הגב, הם היו כל כך נחמדים שישר הסכימו הגענו יום למחרת לחדר החדר, קיבלנו את אותו החדר, גדול אוליי בעוד מרצפת נוספת ואותה מיטה מתקפלת, ניגשנו לקבלה להבהיר אוליי לא הסברנו את עצמנו טוב. הבחור בדלפק ענה שזה החדרים שיש להם ואין להם אופציה לשלושה מבוגרים ואין אפשרות לעוד מיטה.
אמרנו טוב מה נעשה כבר נשאר לילה אחד, ביקשנו להאריך את זמן הצ׳אק אאוט כי הייתה לנו טיסה מאוחרת ביקשו 100 שקל נוספים לכל שעה לחדר. העדפנו שלא לשלם סכום כזה על כמה שעות והבחור בדלפק אמר לי שאין לי מה לדאוג יש מקלחת לשימוש לפני הטיסה שלנו, אני התלהבתי אמרתי הכל יהיה בסדר.
בסוף אני עולה לפני היציאה לשדה לאזור הבריכה איפה שהוא אמר אני רואה מקלחת של בריכה, אפילו לא תחומה א עם איזה קיר.
בושה למלון הזה, בושה לצוות שחושב שהוא בסדר והמנטליות של חוסר הבנה שלקוח עובר חוויה לא נעימה, לדאוג לו לפיצוי.
Everything in the hotel was very, very excellent. It is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in.
The air conditioner was bad and the bed was uncomfortable.

Location and accessibility to shopping area
the staff - specifically the front desk. not accommodating. We arrived the hotel at 1:30 pm but was able to get our room at 4pm - room is not ready because the guest checkout late. When we requested for checkout extension they did not allow us.

Nothing
The location mainly. The room size was good.
Pool was tiny. Not much else. We didn't try the restaurants

הצוות שירותי ומקצועי. המיקום מעל קניון, למי שאוהב זה סואן. קשה להיכנס ולצאת משם עם רכב בגלל הפקקים, אבל במרחק הליכה יש הכל. ארוחת הבוקר ווואוווו, כל כך מגוונת וטעימה.
הגענו בלי ילדים, אבל היה נראה שיש שם התייחסות מקסימה לאטרקציות לילדים.
לא נקי. נכנסנו לחדר עם רצפה לא נקייה, נזלת על הקיר בשירותים, שערה על המיטה, מגבות בריח של סיגריות. לא מקבלים מברשת שיניים וציוד למקלחת אלא אם מבקשים, אין טלויזיה חכמה עם נטפליקס, החדר היה מאוד חנוק כי אין אפשרות לפתוח חלון (כנראה ככה בעוד הרבה מקומות בבנגקוק). ארוחת הבוקר היתה טעימה, אבל כל השולחנות מלוכלכים עם פירורים מיום קודם. המחיר יקר אפילו ביחס למלונות 5 כוכבים אחרים שהיינו בהם, אז משלמים בעיקר על המיקום. המסעדה יקרה, 400 באט לפאד תאי, 170 באט לקפוצ'ינו ו 250 באט לקוקוס.
