Pros:

LOVED .. out dolphin statue view , quiet room , lake park view and space . Bathroom great staff lovr

Shower and gym very good . Pool not heated but the spa in winter was big and relaxing . Possibly coil use a change room inside or chafing pod set up . Only one loo .

Cons:

Liked everything j ist think a changing pod added India’s the pool
Area would be handy . As there’s only one loo . To change holds up the use of the toilet.
No one wants to return to the rooms dropping wet in winter after the spa fun .. getting out of wet bathers then returning is nicer in winter .

I feel I did not get a good deal through booking.com and should have booked direct. There was no heating in the bathroom and it was very cold.

Extremely pleasant and as I came up to visit the Art Gallery it was very convenient as I could walk
Pros:

The room was very clean,the bed verycomfortable and the staff were extremely helpful and courteous.

A Great Place to Stay When Visiting Shepparton
Pros:

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. I was very impressed with the restaurant, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. It was also an added bonus that the car park had EV chargers.

It’s ok, my room was small and noisy, my boss paid the same but booked through a travel agent and got a much much much better room

Room was fantastic, easy to access location and friendly staff.
Pros:

Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Staff member on arrival was very friendly and informative. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Tv in room wasnt working, not sure if its an issue with remote control or tv itself. Room service finishes quite early for a weekend.
