Hotel miał oferować 2 oddzielne łóżka i kanapę rozkładaną. Obsługa określiła tę rozkładaną kanapę jako dostawkę, a tak na prawdę był to rozkładany fotel, gdzie śpiącej osobie wystawały z niego nogi. Obsługa nic nie wiedziała i nie potrafiła odpowiedzieć na pytania zasłaniając się tym że nie wiedzą jak oferta jest opisana na stronie booking

Hotel w połączeniu z termami to najlepsza opcja wypoczynku. Przepyszne śniadania. Wygodne pokoje. Czystość w pokojach, na basenach, w restauracji. Pomocna, przemiła obsługa, bardzo profesjonalne podejście do klienta. W obiekcie znajdziecie wiele opcji dla par jak i całej rodziny. Polecamy i wrócimy na pewno !

Pros:

Świetne i wygodne pokoje, pyszne i różnorodne śniadania i obsługa na wysokim poziomie!!! Jak zwykle wspaniały pobyt!!

Pros:

Unlimited access to the baths was a blessing. The breakfast was really good, lots of options including vegan ones. Big rooms, nice staff and a warm welcome in the room in form of fresh fruit and chocolates.

Cons:

The restaurant lacks vegan options, could only eat a roasted cauliflower :/ I would strongly consider including vegan options on the menu but not necessarily labelling them vegan because it scares off clients who are not interested in those. There’s plenty of possible vegan meals that an average person would also enjoy to eat.
