Très bon séjour dans cet hôtel !
Pros:

Le personnel de cet hôtel est extrêmement gentil.
Très bon petit déjeuner qui a respecté mon intolérance au gluten et j'avais de quoi bien manger !
Bien situé. A 15 ou 20/25 minutes à pieds des principales attractions. Très proche de la station de taxi si besoin.
Chambre spacieuse. Salle de bains bien équipée.
Tout était propre.

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé le lit inconfortable.

Not what the photos show! Beware.

Cons:

We got to the room and it looked nothing like the photos. The walls were dirty, the room was tiny and beds hard as a rock. The windows looked out at a wall with no sunshine. This might have been acceptable if paying a much lower price. Also, in order to walk to/from the property, one must traverse an area that is very sketchy and risky coming from the train station. We paid our city tax, walked into the room and immediately booked another hotel to stay in instead of this place. It is not like the photos. Please beware. It looked like a university dorm, not a hotel room with 9.4 rating.

Excellent location, friendly staff. Would stay again.
Pros:

The location was excellent. Very close to all the tourist destinations. The room was clean and air conditioned. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good - there were a variety of choices. The cappuccino was excellent.

Cons:

The room was a little dated, though the bathroom looked newer.

Sauberkeit. Raumgrösse. Frühstück. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Tony, der Hotelhund. Lage. Tipps.

Cons:

Klimaanlage etwas laut, wie ein Wasserfall. Währene zweiter Nacht hatte es Hotelgäste neben meinem Zimmer, welche sehr laut waren. Türe war offen und es wurde laut telefoniert um 2300 Uhr. Nicht der Fehler vom Hotel. Einfach unglaublich, was es für Flaschen gibt. Natürlich habe ich mich darum gekümmert!

Recepce 24 hod denně. Časy snídaně.

Cons:

Personál na recepci vůbec netušil základní věci o městě jako veřejnou dopravu a otvírací hodiny. Zařízení mělo zajišťovat dopravu na letiště, což nakonec vůbec nebyla pravda.

La posizione è ottima, vicino alla stazione e al centro, ma tranquilla. La stanza è di dimensioni giuste, con condizionatore funzionante, dotata di tutto ciò che serve. Personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Perfect stay in the centre of Florence
Pros:

We were offered complimentary water and drinks in our mini bar on arrival. Great to have a small fridge and kettle in the room. The shower was great and the bed very comfy. Staff were friendly. Great breakfast too. Could not fault this hotel.

Pros:

Posizione perfetta per andare al concerto dei Cure al Firenze Ricks al Visarno a piedi. A due passi dalla stazione e dal centro. Scelta consigliatissima. Un bagno enorme nella mia camera. Personale gentilissimo

Cons:

La follia dei prezzi di Firenze in generale. Aumentano con l’estate e gli eventi. Struttura a tre stelle 140€ la singola per una notte. Era quella che, sotto data, costava meno.
