La señal wifi es muy pobre e incluso se desconecta a menudo (al menos en el tercer piso).

Se habría agradecido tener aire acondicionado, ya que me coincidió en plena ola de calor y tuve que dormir con la ventana abierta. Si bien, he de decir que me habían dejado un ventilador en la habitación.

Pros:

El personal muy amable, había disponibilidad de una habitación más grande y nos dieron a elegir. Además nos olvidamos unas toallas y nos llamaron y guardaron para pasar a recogerlas. Las instalaciones son modernas y además la limpieza es muy correcta.

Cons:

Estábamos en ola de calor y no había aire acondicionado, aunque sí había ventilador.

Que no tenía aire acondicionado en plena ola de calor en Cantabria, nos dejaron un ventilador pero fue insuficiente puesto que durante todo el dia daba el sol en la habitación, por la noche con un ventilador era imposible refrescarla.
