Excelente hotel com ótima localização e serviço muito hospitaleiro.

Ótimo café da manhã, apenas um pouco caótico no horário mais de pico.

Cons:

A dinâmica de comanda para o restaurante é um pouco confusa; já tinha feito o check out e tive que pegar novo cartão para almoçar. Depois de pagar queria pegar apenas uma água para viagem e mais uma vez me orientaram a pegar um cartão, deveria ser mais simples pagar o restaurante.

Bom, mas poderiam melhorar a acústica dos quartos.
Pros:

Atendimento muito bom e infraestrutura bem confortável. A recreação foi muito legal.

Cons:

Quarto muito barulhento. Secador de cabelo não atende bem a necessidade. Cama para criança é bem ruim o colchão.

Não tem como não gostar o tratamento e vip da chegada até a saída ,em todos os sentidos .,recepção ,Higiene ,alimentação ,atenção .

Só não achei bom que na recreação o Alci e a Lola ficam pouco minha neta chegou as dez eles não estavam mais ela tem 3 aninhos focomtriste evai não tem mais como ver eles ,está e sonho neste hotel de todas as crianças ,fica a dica pra terem eles por mais tempo,melo menos a minha toda brincando .
