Acomodações amplas (exceto banheiro), área kids apropriada, piscina aquecida ótima! Staff da recreação nota 10!

Cons:

Para quem viaja com crianças, opção de almoço e jantar um pouco mais cedo poderia ajudar.. o restaurante começa a servir às 11:45 e a janta na Brinquedoteca é só às 19h.
Tem a copa kids que pode ser utilizada 24h por dia, então acaba suprindo essa demanda se você levar a refeição!

Melhor viagem da minha vida!
Pros:

Não sei nem por onde começar. A localização é ótima, sendo longe do trânsito do centro, mas perto o suficiente pra ir andando, além de ser bem silencioso e ficar de frente pra uma parada do BusTour. Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos. O hotel é muito confortável e lindo. As piscinas são muito bem cuidadas e todos os serviços do hotel são excelentes.

Cons:

Nada, o hotel cumpre muito bem tudo o que propõe.

Las habitaciones dobles preparadas para 4 personas resultan muy chicas nos resulto bastante incomodo estar.

Hotel muito bom com piscina aquecida e brinquedoteca boa, funcionários excelentes, obrigada Sebastião.

Cons:

Ouvia tudo do quarto ao lado e conversavam e arrastavam coisas até tarde e meu sono é leve. Não repuseram água e papel.

Pros:

Excellent location, close to Gramado city center. Big rooms with king beds, breakfast offers a wide variety of options. Excellent for families and kids, the hotel has many kids activities with monitors to entertain the little ones

Cons:

The hotel should offer free parking for guests, instead of charging for it.
