Pros:

The staff were incredibly nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the room spacious (for tokyo standards).

Отличная локация, прям в самом центре района Гинзы, шопинг в формате прогулки легко устроить по любым магазинам.

Cons:

Номер скромный и маленький для своей цены, буквально в 5 минутах можно найти отели гораздо лучше за эти же деньги, платишь по факту за локацию.
В ванной воняло сыростью.
В номере не было даже бутылок воды.
Вторая раз точно не остановились бы тут.

В целом на пару дней нормально.
Pros:

Хорошее расположение в Гинзе - все рядом, но одновременно не в эпицентре. Номера больше, чем обычно в Токио.

Cons:

Не самый приветливый и внимательный персонал. Мы были в Японии почти месяц и немного разбаловались вниманием и супер отношением со стороны работников отелей, а тут были удивлены тем, что персонал был довольно холоден. Но это не критично. Просто контраст на фоне других отелей, в которых были. В этом отеле нет прачечной, что тоже расстроило. Немного уставшая мебель в номере.

Colazione eccellente a buffet, molto varia sia asiatica che continentale. Molto varie anche le bevande. Ottimo caffè espresso.
Posizione ideale, nel cuore di Ginza. Moltissimi ristoranti e negozi vicini. L’hotel è a 5 minuti a piedi dall’ingresso della metro, a 20 minuti a piedi dalla Tokyo Station e a 10 minuti dalla fermata dei bus per l’aeroporto di Narita.
Camere non grandissime, ma comunque comode (2 persone + 2 valige grandi). Non nuovissime, ma in ordine e pulite.
Personale gentile, disponibile e di pronta risposta in caso di necessità.

Cons:

Arredamento delle camere un po’ da rimodernare.

コンパクトながら癒されるホテル
Pros:

お部屋はコンパクトながら、過不足なく過ごせました。洗面台のスツールもオシャレ、ロールカーテンも嬉しい(独りだけど)、バスソルト付き、ユニットバスが苦手なので セパレーツ式でバスタブは広々して快適でした。朝食会場はコンパクトながらもどれもオシャレで私にとってはちょうど良い品数。トイレも会場内にあったので助かりました。受付の外だと行きづらいですからね。大好きなアイスもあったのですね💦 目立たない場所に書いてあったので見過ごし残念でした💦前日泊まったホテルで寝付けずチェックイン後爆睡。折角の夜の銀座を散策出来ず残念でしたw お土産で思いのほか荷物が増え宅配BOXがあって助かりました。送り状は備えてあるのにBOXはないというホテルが過去あったので。フロントの対応も感じ良く親切でした。

銀座三越と歌舞伎座の間のとても素晴らしい立地条件ですが、窓もなく銀座夜景のロケーション楽しめるという点ではやや残念。ホテルの構造を良く読まない私が悪いのですが。上階ラウンジとかあったらなと思いました。そういう設えだったら3倍くらいの宿泊料だったでしょうね。😅
エレベーター前にあった冷水機、使用方法の説明絵と実際の機に若干相違があり戸惑い、スタッフさんに入れてもらいました。一応…簡単なドレスコード意識して朝食に行きましたが、ショートパンツ サンダルの外国の方もいて、日本人が気にし過ぎなのかと ふと思いました。
