The hotel is located in Ginza. The neighborhood is safe, clean and has a lot of shopping. It is close to Yamanote Line Yurakucho station (about 10 minutes walk), Ginza Line (less than 5 minutes walk). Coffee-Kan is where we get breakfast almost every morning (6 minutes walk).
The real estate in Tokyo is precious so it took some adjusting to the room size.

Well located in Ginza, there were convenience stores just a few steps away. IPPUDO (a good ramen restaurant) was across the street making it convenient on a cold and rainy night. Many department stores are within walking distance if shopping is on your itinerary.
The staff was very helpful and efficient. We needed extra towels one night and I called the front desk with the request. A staff member delivered the towels within 5 minutes of my request. Amazing service!
The breakfast buffet was just ok and it can get very crowded. It is located in an area wth limited space. People were often waiting for a table to open up.

Our lcatioj is in the heart of Ginza. We like it for easy access to all train lines and shopping centres at Ginza. It makes our travel easy and paid reasonable prices to train. It is very close to Lawson Family Mart and 7 eleven. Perfect home base for our Tokyo City and Day Trips ❤️ will be back again
