Disappointing
Pros:

The location of the property was quiet convenient.

Cons:

I had specifically booked a room with a double bed, but unfortunately ended up being given twin single beds instead, which was quite disappointing. The shower cubicle also kept flooding, making the bathroom uncomfortable to use. Room service food took much longer to arrive than the time initially quoted during the order.

Overall, the property felt quite run down and in need of better upkeep and management. The experience did not match the expectations associated with a hotel under the Radisson Blu brand.
