細かい不便さはあるものの、立地・設備・実用性のバランスが非常に良い、コスパ重視の快適ホテル滞在でした。
Pros:

・浴室がユニットバスではなく独立タイプで、座椅子も設置されており、とても利用しやすかったです。
　段差もなく、快適に使えました。
・徒歩圏内にコインランドリーがあり、洗濯〜乾燥まで約40分で完了しました。
　ホテル併設の全自動洗濯機と比べると圧倒的に早いです。
　4kgで900円ほどかかりますが、短時間でしっかり乾燥できるので十分満足でした。
・JR京浜東北線の蒲田駅から徒歩数分の立地で、滞在中の移動にも非常に便利でした。

Cons:

・あえて気になった点を挙げるなら、朝食がホテル館内ではなく、徒歩で駅周辺の提携店舗へ行く形式だったことです。　
　任意なので不便というほどではありませんが、館内で完結できるタイプではありませんでした。
　私はホテル目の前の「なか卯」で朝食を取りましたが、周辺に飲食店は多く、その点では困りませんでした。

Cons:

"Good breakfast" was a coupon for dotour caffe. Who would consider a coupon for hot dog and medium coffee a "good breakfast". Although coffee shop was close, not being in the same building is a hindrance.

トイレバス別で安く済ませたいならココ‼︎
Pros:

とても部屋が綺麗でビジホでは珍しいトイレバス別でゆっくりトイレできて、お風呂も入れて快適でした！初めて利用したんですがトイレバス別でゆったりできるそしてとにかく安く済ませたいって時にリピート絶対します

Cons:

チェックインを15時半にしようとホテルに着いた時に、部屋が日帰り利用の人が先程まで利用しててその清掃が終わってなくてまだチェックインできないと言われ、15時からチェックインできると書いてあって行ったのにできなかったのが唯一良くなかった点だと思います。ただキャリーケースは先に預かってくれてそのまま清掃完了後に部屋に置いといてくれたのは良かったです。

部屋の清掃等３泊４日でしたが、宿泊客のペースで過ごすことができました。
Pros:

バスルームが広く快適でした
角部屋をUP　GREADいただき感謝しております
セキュリティーも満足でした

Cons:

個人的なことですが、枕の高さが気になるため高さの異なる（2種類が常備されていました)
選択示があれば助かります　良くなかった点では決してありません。
