Pros:

清掃の方々は慣れない日本語を使いながら頑張っている印象。

Cons:

フロントの人の顔に笑顔がない、ただただ作業している感じ。分からないから質問しているのに何か申し訳ない気持ちになってしまう。去年も利用したがまた利用したいと感じなくなった。フロントの対応に差がありすぎる。
