Très bon séjour
Pros:

L’hôtel est idéalement situé pour découvrir Tokyo, tout en étant dans un quartier agréable et calme. Le personnel est particulièrement aimable, accueillant et disponible. Chambre confortable, propre et bien équipée. Une très bonne adresse que je recommande.

位于地铁人形町站附近，无论是成田机场和羽田机场过来都很方便，出行也便利，步行也可前往三越前和日本桥，酒店属于九州的大手私铁集团，一贯的高标准设施和服务，早餐非常棒，有九州特色，鹿儿岛鸡汤饭，还有每周轮换的各式九州特色料理，牛肠锅和饺子锅都可以吃到；酒店提供自助洗衣机，微波炉，自动贩卖机和制冰机，员工非常友善，我询问该酒店是否是西铁集团的酒店，我还拿出我的NIMOCA交通卡，各位员工都非常友善的和我交流，酒店周围也有一些吃饭的地方，酒店周围算是东京的上班和金融区，晚上也比较安静

Pros:

(Relatively) good size room, comfortable beds. Got a problem with a fridge not cooling, that got sorted in minutes. Breakfast was buffet, good selection, some dishes change daily. Good location, a few minutes from subway stop. Walking distance to Tokyo station. No problems with noise. Great laundry facilities with a live status on the TV.

Cons:

No communal space for chilling/eating (a few seats in the lobby, but that didn't seem suitable). No specific view from the window, although it at least was not facing the wall.
