Onsen chulo y céntrico
Pros:

El onsen no es muy grande, pero tenía baño exterior también, lo que es un plus. El desayuno bufé bastante rico también, aunque no muy variado. Había yukatas para vestir muy bonitos. Las camas eran comodísimas

大浴場が広くてきれい。泉質も良くサッパリできた。

Cons:

部屋のエアコンが風量調整三段階しかなく、温度調整ができず寒く、消すと暑い。
洗面所と部屋床との段差が高過ぎてあぶない。
ドレッサーになる鏡と椅子が欲しい。
アメニティの種類が少な過ぎる。コーヒーなどの部屋飲みのものがない。
大浴場へ部屋にあるタオルをお客に持って行かせるのは勘弁して欲しい。濡れたものを部屋に持って帰り、またおふろに入ろうとする時にまた、濡れたものを持って行かないと行けない…、こんな客まかせなサービスはまったく持って初めてです。もっと他社のサービスを研究してください。
ホテルの受付ロビーが異常に狭く、Busのターミナルを兼ねているのでガヤガヤとして落ち着きなく、？？？なホテルでした。

Pros:

地點在北濱巴士中心旁，讓我們從大分機場搭巴士的旅客相當方便，週圍有購物中心、唐吉軻德、別府塔、好吃的餐廳等等，相當方便。走路10分鐘之內可以到別府車站，路程不遠，散步到海邊公園也可以。
房間不大，但是維持乾淨感到滿意，2人房的行李箱可以打開平放，夏天室的的空調夠冷，櫃檯的員工也相當親切及提供協助。
