Pros:

位置佳，旁边几个巴士站点，距离车站走路七分钟，绕到后面是个海边步道，
周围商场便利店饮食店丰富，吃饭购物方便。
工作人员服务态度好，对应迅速。
旅馆比较新，干净，舒适。

Cons:

房间小，但是日本大多数普通商务酒店的房间也都如此

Pros:

浴場が大きく、清潔でよかった。朝食も金額以上の料理があり、満足でした。ビジネスホテルと思っていましたが、想像以上に良かった。

Cons:

２階だったし、道路側の部屋だったので、別府湾が見えなかったのが残念でした。
