Pros:

地點在北濱巴士中心旁，讓我們從大分機場搭巴士的旅客相當方便，週圍有購物中心、唐吉軻德、別府塔、好吃的餐廳等等，相當方便。走路10分鐘之內可以到別府車站，路程不遠，散步到海邊公園也可以。
房間不大，但是維持乾淨感到滿意，2人房的行李箱可以打開平放，夏天室的的空調夠冷，櫃檯的員工也相當親切及提供協助。

あと朝食も美味しかったです
特に鶏ご飯？が美味しかったです

近くに美味しい居酒屋さんも多く、バス停も近くなので移動も楽でした

こじんまりしていたが、きちんと整っていて清潔感が有り、泊まりやすかった。他の4人も同感でした。

Cons:

ロビーに華やかさがなく、あまりワクワク感を感じなかった。照明もやや暗い。スタッフは皆さん，優しく対応してくれた。

Great onsen, very close to restaurants, bus stops and onsens around the city and the arcade.
The room was a bit outdated in decor but ok. Good amenities self-service by the elevators.

Pros:

This is a lovely hotel with modest sized rooms that include good seating. It is very clean, the bed is firm but not hard and the staff were excellent. It also has a very good breakfast. This hotel is right in front of the Hakata-Beppu bus stop - very convenient with a Starbucks across the road.

料金が安価。
繁華街ですが、静かで過ごしやすい。雨の日でしたが、傘も無料貸与してくれました

Cons:

◎浴衣は、M、Lサイズを自分で自由に使うサービスでしたが、Mサイズを使用したら、前合わせが小さくちゃんと着れない。膝から下がアラワになるほど…子供用？
◎部屋にドライヤー無し（安価なので、仕方ないかも）

ゆっくり出来て、楽しい旅行でした。

朝食も美味しく頂きました。
特にだんご汁、牛乳、美味しかったです。

道路沿いのため、騒がしく感じましたが…仕方ないですね。
