何度か宿泊しておりますが…チェックイン時、いきなり…お支払いお済みですか？と聞かれ、ちょっと唖然としました。
ネット予約でたぶん？支払い済みだと思います。と言うと、では確認します。とパソコンで確認！お済みですね！
なんか…最初からモヤモヤ😶‍🌫️でした。
朝食時、フロントの方もおはようございます♪と挨拶されてましたが、今回はそういうことも無く（たまたまかもわかりたせんが）残念な気持ちでした。
チェックアウトの際、フロントのスタッフの男性がとても元気な声でおはようございます🌞ありがとうございました♪と挨拶。気持ちよくホテルを後にすることが出来ました。
