Pros:

Near to shops and eateries. Near to town. Staff were warm and friendly.

好的地方是浴室下水很快，不会积水。位置还不错，比较方便。

Cons:

浴室门后未擦干净，有点脏。洗手台下水较慢。酒店过道无窗户，通风较差，导致地毯返潮味道不能散出。

Pros:

Lifts are provided which is a must for me. Free parking at the back which is reserved for the hotel patrons. Paid street parking is also available. Value for money.

Cons:

There is a Chinese restaurant opposite the hotel but halal food is not nearby.

So much of dirt at the edge of the bed. Iron board was placed at the corridor. Should consider having iron and iron board in the rooms.

Great place and totally worth it
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were kind enough to give us extra pillow for an extra charge and leave our luggage to be stored on the last day for free.

Cons:

A proper desk for a laptop in the room would have been great addition. The door was also not locking properly at all times.

Pros:

El personal muy amable. La habitación grande y limpia. Teníamos q guardar una bolsa de hielo para los dolores y nos la guardaron en recepción sin problema.

Pros:

I booked a premium double room just so I could relax and enjoy it after a long and exhausting day of traveling. However,as soon as we went in, the door was broken and couldn't be locked. The room looked like it hadn't been stayed in or cleaned for a very long time, and there was even a dead cockroach on the floor!

We went downstairs to report this to the front desk staff, who said they would send someone up to check within 5 minutes. But after waiting about 10 minutes,no one came up to resolve our issue.

We then went downstairs to ask the front desk a second time, and their reply was that they were currently contacting the manager to handle it. WE then requested a room change,but we were told we would have to oay extra to change to the same room type. With no other choice, we were forced to downgrade to a regular standard double room. Furthermore, the hotel had no intention of refunding the price difference and merely said sorry.

This was truly a terrible service experience at this hotel.
