Lovely staff, spacious and clean room. Over all a really nice stay.
Pros:

I really liked the early check in, I was lucky enough to be able to enter the room early and the staff was really helpful and polite. Never had to wait for service.

Cons:

There was nothing that I didn´t like. All the staff was great and the room was quiet and clean and spacious. Nice breakfast, if anything there might be a better product range at the small store in the lobby.

Die Bar war sehr schön, Extrawünsche wurden erfüllt, das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker.

Cons:

Leider gab es kein frisch zubereitetes Rührei am Frühstücksbuffet, und das Restaurant hatte leider geschlossen, was nicht ersichtlich war.

Pros:

Only stayed one night but it was perfect for us in every way, Close to some major sights, great rooms and friendly guy at the reception (didn't catch his name)
Highly recommended for any visit but especially near Schönbrunn
