חדר לא מאוורר.
L'emplacement est bien situé en centre ville. Il n'y-a que 10 chambres, ce qui réduit le bruit occasioné par les occupents.
Cet hôtel est très bruyant car il est situé à un croisement de rues et la climatisation ne fonctionnait pas (il y-avais un simple ventillateur en remplacement). La télévision ne fonctionnait pas. Le parking est un simple morceau de terrain sur le coté et par temps de pluie c'est la gadoue assurée.

Personal war sehr hilfreich und zuvorkommend. Man bekommt Badetücher für die nahegelegenen Thermen gestellt.

Frühstück war gut.
CheckIn ist flexibel.
etwas mehr Ablageflächen im Bad und Orte um Jacken o.ä. aufzuhängen (nicht nur im Schrank).
L’accueil chaleureux à l’arrivée, le thé et le café offert à la réception, l’emplacement idéal, la propreté de la chambre et le petit balcon.
Le déjeuner était un peu léger, mais bien quand même!
The location was great and parking behind the hotel was good but not paved
The air conditioning did not work in our room so it was hot and very hard to sleep. The beds were uncomfortable for my taste

Amazing place! Was here twice, and both staying was absolutely incredible. So carrying and safety place as never before. Wonderful, friendly, and peaceful people who work there and always ready to help in any questions you have. The best recommendation. For any price - this is the best choice on Sao Miguel for sure.

I work in the luxury hotel development business, the staff, owner, and the way they went above and beyond - is better than many luxury hotels i help develop. They for example, allowed me to store my food in the fridge, gave me free range of the hotel kitchen, told me i could work in the bar/restaurant, moved the tables and chairs to set up a desk, moved the extgension cords so i would be comfortbale, the cleaning lady ironed my shirts so i was ready for a work call, and they let me stay as late as i want on late check out -i had to pay €10/ hour but i could choose when i wanted to check out which was AMAZING, honestly, better than many four seasons, aman level of service, juliana actually cared, gave me as much local green tea as i wanted, really i was so impressed. Again i work in this business. So sweet.
