Un 10/10!
Pros:

La habitación está muy bien, tiene todo lo necesario. Muy limpia. El equipo del hotel es espectacular, tuvimos un accidente con la moto por la noche y fueron muy atentos y nos ayudaron muchísimo. Ana fue una enfermera estupenda. Se nota que es un negocio pequeño que ponen esmero y cariño en la atención a cada cliente. El desayuno muy rico también, tenían pancakes :)

Amazing staff, excellent location.
Pros:

Great location in the heart of town. Walking distance to pretty much all to see, do, drink and eat. Beautiful courtyard and balcony off the room that both have stunning views of the green hills. I cannot stress enough how incredibly friendly, helpful and great the staff were. The manager sat with us and it was a great conversation as his knowledge of the town and island were top notch.

Cons:

Rooms are small and basic. Wifi isn't great. Breakfast was just ok. Too expensive for a 2 star hotel.

Buena ubicación en Furnas y personal muy amable
Pros:

Lo mejor es la amabilidad de la recepcionista Juliana, encantadora!
Nos aconsejó muy bien, y nos dejó toallas para ir a las pozas.
La ubicación es muy céntrica, y dispone de aparcamiento.
El desayuno está bien.

Cons:

Decoración algo antigua.

La situation, le parking, le balcon-terrasse de la chambre, la douche, le jardin commun équipé de petites tables permettant de pique-niquer, la gentillesse de la responsable en journée, l'accueil de la personne à notre arrivée vers 16h00

Cons:

Le petit-déjeuner n'a pas été à la hauteur des descriptions que j'avais lues avant ma réservation, l'absence de sourire de la jeune femme qui assure le petit- déjeuner. Cela dit, elle a été présente le jour de notre départ tôt dans la matinée vers 7h20, ce qui nous a permis de prendre un petit déjeuner rapide et léger, devant rendre notre voiture de location à l'aéroport au plus tard à 8h30. Nous la remercions particulièrement pour cela.

Hôtel bien placé avec un parking . Check in très bien avec la seule employée aimable de l’établissement

Cons:

Gérant et personnel pas agréable, Petit déjeuner servi de 8h00 à 10h00 médiocre ! Plus rien à 8h45 , il a fallu aller chercher le personnel pour qu’il remplisse le buffet du petit déjeuner ! Ne pas se fier aux photos du petit déjeuner, plus de la moitié des produits ne sont pas proposés

Very helpful front desk staff

Cons:

Air con did not work so very hot and humid. On a busy thoroughfare so noisy with windows open. Difficult to get any sleep. Restaurant closed. Breakfast meagre. Room not serviced. Not very clean. Whole place felt mothballed pending a renovation. Very expensive for what it is. By far worst hotel of 3 week Azores trip.

Sehr schönes kleines Hotel
Pros:

Ein sehr schönes kleines, zentral gelegenes Hotel. Das Personal war überdurchschnittlich kompetent und hilfsbereit. Alle unsere Fragen wurden geduldig beantwortet, eine Angestellte spricht deutsch.

Pros:

Bardzo miła i pomocna obsługa. Czysto, przytulnie. Duża dostępność miejsc parkingowych. Smaczne śniadania, proste ale świeże produkty, uzupełniane na bieżąco.

Cons:

Jedynie to brakowało nam lodówki w pokoju, ale w kolejnym miejscu noclegu też nie było więc być może nie jest to typowe na Azorach aby te lodówki były.

fijne lokatie, eigen parkeerplaatsen, balkonnetje.
supervriendelijke medewerkers.

Cons:

ontbijt had iets uitgebreider gekund. Nu alleen hardgekookte eieren. Omelet zou fijn zijn.
en ook wat meer vers fruit zoals bananen, kiwi's.
Leuk dat je je eigen pannenkoekjes tijdens het ontbijt kan maken.
