Ok for 1 night, very basic and loud
Pros:

Location is very good near the see and lots of food options
Bathroom was nice and room was clean
Receptionnist was kind

Cons:

The whole place falls in pieces, everything is old and worn out, the main entrance is disappointing, seems you are entering a back area of some sketchy business, construction material around, elevator out of order... the room looks old and has a very bad smell, the window cannot be locked, no soundproof, couldnt sleep all night due to the attached night club, people hanging out right under the window, cars going in and out etc

Luckily it was just one night so Overall it was ok, bed was comfy and clean, but the price is not worth it. You can get much better for that price.

Cons:

The room smelled of chemicals used to kill insects or disinfect the toilet bowl or urinal. The smell was very strong and could not be removed by opening the window. It was very disturbing and made it difficult for me to feel well and sleep.
