Quarto confortável porém as instalações estão antigas.
Pros:

O quarto é confortável, a cama tem um tamanho bom, as esquadrias possuem conforto acústico e o blackout atende bem. Não tinha opção de café no quarto, apenas chá.

Cons:

A piscina estava em reforma e isso não foi mencionado na hora da reserva. Com exceção do quarto, as instalações do hotel são bem antigas, incluindo os elevadores. O acesso ao hotel para quem vem de carro é bem confuso, com carros estacionados obstruindo a passagem e se torna ruim por ser uma rampa. Não tinha manobrista na hora que chegamos. O café do hotel é bom, porém o fluxo das pessoas é péssimo, mistura circulação das mesas com acesso ao buffet. Também optamos por sair mais cedo para não pegar muita fila, pois quando chegamos estava bem caótica o checkin.

Localização excelente e quartos recem reformados e espaçossos, a iluminação boa, e recepção calorosa, café da manha com muitas opções inclusive sem gluten/lactose.

Cons:

acredito que apenas do elevador, muito antigo e lento, mas fora isso o serviço de modo geral atende a todas as expectativas.
