Pros:

Fast check in very friendly..

Cons:

We missed our breakfast our 1st day because they told us we had to pay for it, then looked up when I booked it & said free breakfast, by this time breakfast was over, but "breakfast" its self was horrible warm-up in a microwave hard unflavored, just over all "breakfast" was horrible!

Hire professional people.
Pros:

Room was clean and it was as expected. Close enough to where we wanted to go.

Cons:

Representative was unreliable and did not provide us with any directions nor instructions. Handed us the room keys and that's it. I had to gouge answers out of him and we were so disturbed by him we left a day early. He was dismissive and unaccommodating whatsoever.

Another poorly managed Milwaukee Airport Hotel. Pity our BnB had to stop. Still in the search for one decent place after 4 hotels.

Pros:

Facil acceso, parking gratuito, cerca del aeropuerto. Personal amable y cordial. Tiene nevera y cafetera.

Cons:

La habitación olía raro. El inodoro estaba tapado por huésped anterior y me prestaron una sopapa. No fue muy grato desatascar aunque fue rápido. Las habitaciones necesitan remodelacion.

What we really needed after a very long day of travel
Pros:

We arrived after mid night and was immediately checked in and given several bottles of water. Very efficient. The bed and pillows were awesome.

Decent bed but zero service
Pros:

Stayed here for 3 nights as a Titatium lifetime. Checked in got worse room right next to the elevator so had to change rooms. Rooms are ok and decent bed and shower. But this is a no service hotel. No housekeeping and I was told to bring my dirty towels to the front desk to get new ones. I did get new ones on my own. I had to go to Starbucks 2x as no service in their bistro. Finally got service the 3rd day. I found several of the staff rude and loud as we had a meeting at the hotel. I was ignored by one staff member when I went to check out. Did not even attempt to acknowledge my existence. So no water cups in the gym for the 3 days and no soap in the shower.

Pros:

Everything about this hotel was just ok. The bathroom floor needed a cleaning. Towels and linens were refreshed only every three days but my wife was able to get additional towels from the front desk. Towels left on the floor in the bathroom were not picked up and the bed was unmade during our four day stay. The hotel is very near the airport and the room was well insulated against jet noise. The swimming pool was way to small for anything other than getting wet. Parking was free. The batroom caulk was badly stained and really needed to be redone.

Room did not appear clean and the walls/ceilings are extremely thin. Could hear the room above me for hours after I tried to go to sleep. Air conditioner rattled all night. Terrible night’s sleep before travel. Stayed here specifically to leave my vehicle and had to pay an extra $50. Not worth it
