All in all I really had a lovely experience and would definitely come back again.
Pros:

It’s very quiet and beautiful and the breakfast buffet was delicious. I can’t stop thinking about the omelette I had.

Cons:

The buffet at dinner was cold.

Pros:

Amazing room with a view of the dams and gas fireplace. Cute 5km hiking trail and plenty of fishing. The views are spectacular! Amazing staff and good service.

Cons:

Only complaint is that the aircon was broken and only blew cold air. Luckily we had the fire to keep us warm.

The place is stunning.

Cons:

The breakfast times are way too early. Ending breakfast at 09h30 is really not catering for a person who is on holiday.
Also you should make out check out time officially 11h00

The facilities were exceptional. Wifi readily accessible around the property👌🏽

Cons:

Water bottle size, they did make up by providing more later in the day. However bigger bottles can eliminate the need for late visits for water rationing

i had a wonderful time. Food was great, great location and very clean.
Pros:

Good food, very clean lovely location but most of all met a lady by the name of Caroline at the Spa department. She is very welcoming, treats everybody the same and most of all she goes the extra mile for customer satisfaction Some things were not clear to us upon arrival at reception but she was able to call on our behalf and get clarity for us. That for us was world class customer service that does not look at the face but sees everyone worthy of good service. There was also a gentleman by the name of Thato he was of great assistance, his face was always the same smiling and willing to assist no matte how much we called him to answer. He was always there pushing world class customer service.

Cons:

Reception could use a bit of improvement in explaining a few details to make our stay fruitful, such as we have wi-fi written on the card, for small things like an iron you can call. i know not all can be explained as there is usually a line of checkin but small important details.
