Pros:

Hem estat diverses vegades en aquest Hotel i sempre hem estat de meravella. Tot el personal de l'Hotel és molt amable, sobretot Líset i el seu company, que atenen la zona de piscina i platja.

Pros:

Nos tocó la habitación pescador, y simplemente desde la ubicación de la misma quedamos fascinadas, el personal fue muy atento y amable en todo momento, desde nuestra llegada hasta la salida

En la habitación había hormigas y justo pasaban por la parte de la cabecera de la cama por lo que igual al dormir la cama y las almohadas ya tenían a las hormigas pasando y como un día medio antes de nuestra salida nos quedamos sin agua caliente ya no salió en ningún momento por lo que en las mañanas por el sol no había tanto problema con eso pero ya en las noches si se sentía fría el agua

I booked a room with breakfast included, and the staff also confirmed this during breakfast time by saying “Breakfast included.”
However, at checkout I was asked to pay for breakfast, and I was told that only two cups of orange juice were free.

I would like to ask: who would reasonably consider two cups of orange juice to be a full breakfast?

I am willing to pay, but I cannot accept being misled or deceived.
