Estadia razoável se não for muito exigente.

Para minha viagem a localização era muito boa.
Facilidade de acesso ao hotel.
Os quartos são bons embora antigos.

Cons:

Hotel antigo com elevadores pequenos para o fluxo. Demorava bastante para se conseguir usar os elevadores.
Poucas pessoas na recepção o que causava filas nos momentos check in e check out. Normalmente havia apenas uma pessoa no atendimento.
O café d a manhã foi decepcionante. Não pela quantidade e diversidade de alimentos, mas pela apresentação. As frutas, e alguns queijos estavam sempre congeladas e os alimentos secos, como salgados, estavam sempre muito frios. Alguns se esfarelavam ao tentar cortar. Parecia terem sido congelados e não passaram por aquecimento para colocar no café. A sala de café é muito pequena para o tamanho do hotel.
Comparando tudo, acredito que o valor seja alto para o que o hotel oferece. Na cidade há hotéis mais econômicos com serviço melhor.

Poderia ser melhor
Pros:

A localização é boa perto do Shopping Total e do Parque Farroupilha. Bom café da manhã, quarto espaçoso e cama confortável.

Cons:

Mesmo sendo vendido como espaço não fumante, há moradores fixos que ignoram essa regra e o hotel, segundo nos passado, não pode fazer nada. Já sabendo desse inconveniente, no check in isso poderia ser observado perguntando se ha alguma objeção por parte de quem está iniciando a estadia. O cheiro de cigarro no setimo andar é muito forte e certamente afeta a reputação. O isolamento acústico não é bom e obras nas redondezas da propriedade incomodam.

Não voltaria
Cons:

Piscina não é aquecida o suficiente, café da manhã deixa a desejar , camareira veio limpar o quarto enquanto nos arrumávamos para sair e solicitamos que voltasse mais tarde porém quando chegamos a noite o quarto não havia sido limpo, as instalações precisam de manutenção e reforma, internet não funciona bem.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal in dem Hotel und uns hat der Aufenthalt wieder sehr gefallen! Tolles Frühstück mit Blick über die Stadt. Ebenfalls schön wärmer Innenpool. Große Zimmer und nettes Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Novamente 3x em 4x do ultimo ano. Assim acho que dewta forma tem ofertas 30% mais economicas ou melhores pelo mesmo preço.
