Llegamos de madrugada y no pudieron inconveniente en que ocuparíamos las habitaciones que estaban vacías para dejar el equipaje de todos.

Volvería a ir, porque cuando lo lo reservé inmediatamente se comunicaron conmigo
Pros:

Me gustó atención de la recepción, limpieza y sin ruido lo que buscaba

Cons:

No puede que a la hora del desayuno solo esté una persona atendiendo y todas las mesas estén llenas y no puedan atender
me tuve que ir sin desayunar a las 7:30 de la mañana sin ser ni siquiera atendida por nadie
Viajes son por trabajo y no puedo estar una o dos horas esperando un desayuno me tuve que marchar
Los tiempos son limitados

Pros:

El personal de recepción fue amable a la llegada y salida. La instalación, incluyendo la habitación, estuvo impecable, limpia y ordenada.

Cons:

Llegué aproximadamente a medianoche para hospedarme y cerca al hotel, volteando la esquina, vi gente tomando en la calle y me generó cierta desconfianza, esto no está relacionado con el servicio del hotel pero se debe tener en consideración. Me movilicé únicamente en taxi a la llegada y salida.

La atención del personal

Cons:

Pedí una suite y se supone que es mejor. Pero la cama no era cómoda, la mesa para trabajar muy pequeña, antes me quedé en otro tipo de habitación y tenía un escritorio muy cómodo. En la suite se supone que debe ser mejor.
