Deludente

L'unico aspetto  positivo è stato l'host, gentile e disponibile sia nel concordare l'orario del check-in sia nel risolvere il problema dell'acqua calda.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento per 3 notti con mio marito e nostro figlio di 4 anni. Purtroppo l'esperienza non è stata positiva.Appena entrati abbiamo avvertito un forte odore sgradevole. Le lenzuola erano vecchie e non sembravano particolarmente pulite. Il condizionatore aveva le alette rotte. Il bagno era poco curato, con muffa dietro il WC, una tenda della doccia molto sporca e rubinetteria vecchia e usurata.La prima sera non c'era acqua calda, anche se l'host è stato disponibile e ha risolto il problema il giorno successivo. La cucina è molto piccola, poco attrezzata e la cappa era molto sporca. Nel complesso l'appartamento ci è sembrato trascurato, con arredi datati e un livello di pulizia ben al di sotto delle aspettative.Nel complesso,il rapporto qualità-prezzo non è stato soddisfacente e, sulla base della nostra esperienza, non sceglierei nuovamente questa struttura.

Pros:

Umístění ubytování je perfektním místě, kousek od moře a pláže, nedaleko jsou obchody, restaurace i zastávky autobusů. Majitel je velice příjemný a ochotný, v ubytování je vše co potřebujete.

Cons:

Možná by dalo trochu zapracovat na teplé vodě, tekla nepravidelně, ale zase v těch vedrech byla vlažná sprcha osvěžující :-D

Die Lage direkt am Meer und umgeben von Restaurants und Geschäften

Es wurde nur oberflächlich und schnell gereinigt. Leider nicht wirklich sauber
Ausstattung sehr alt.
Schlechter, modriger Geruch im Apartment.
Das Öffnen von Fenster und Terrassentür war nur bedingt möglich, da das Apartment im Erdgeschoss war und dauernd andere Gäste vorbeigingen. Die Terrasse lag im Innenhof, den jeder Gast betritt.
Stange des Duschvorhanges nur notdürftig schief befestigt.

Pros:

Located very close to the beach, shops, restaurant and bus stop. Personel was very nice, price was good, and overally it was great place to stay, considering price to quality ratio. Definitely would book it again.

Recomended place to stay.
Pros:

Good location, very close to the beach and few minutes of walk to several supermarkets or tavernas. Staff / owners were always there to help or assist.

Cons:

Very noisy construction next to the property, which is of cause not its fault. On property’s part: making a washing machine available (probably even shared between guests) would be an improvement.

Alles zusammen wae es sehr angenehm!
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Meer war sehr schön! Auch der Hausherr war immer sehr freundlich!

Cons:

Leider hört man alles sehr gut, Nachbarn und Flugzeuge etc. Auch ein wenig sauberer hätte es sein können
