Eu tinha acabado de fazer check in e foi dada a mesma chave do meu quarto para outra família que chegou depois, foi muito constrangedor.
Não houve nem pedido de desculpas, o sinal da tv estava fora veio a assistência e mesmo assim não deu certo.

Pros:

Café da manhã estava muito bom e gostei das opções. A vista da cobertura onde estava o restaurante era linda e pude usar tranquilamente a academia!

Cons:

Achei a localização meio afastada, para ir deste hotel para maioria dos lugares precisa pegar Uber ou andar bastante de metrô.

Voltaria pela gentileza dos colaboradores e localização.
Pros:

Achei a limpeza e o serviço de quarto bons. Os funcionários do hotel, num todo são simpáticos. Principalmente os colaboradores da limpeza/manutenção/café da manhã.

Cons:

Não gostei do café da manhã. Bem básico e sem nenhuma mudança nos dias que passei. Principalmente pra hóspede que ficará por alguns dias- no meu caso.
