Please note that each room can accommodate just one pet with maximum weight of 30 kg at a daily surcharge of BRL 70, which must be paid upon arrival. According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Hotel does not have a Gym but has an agreement with the BodyTech Gym, guests can have free access.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Ótima localização e confortável!
Pros:

Ficamos no 3o andar e gostamos do conforto e localização do hotel. Muito fácil de chamar Uber, e bem próximo ao hotel tem um lugar que vende pão de queijo mineiro, foi tudo de bom. Os funcionários foram muito simpáticos e processo de check in e check out super prático.

Cons:

O banheiro precisa de uma limpeza nos rejunte, estavam um pouco sujo. Mas fora isso tudo muito bom. Hotel confortável e bem localizado

Fiquei num dos quartos reformados. Atende ao padrão Intercity. Café da manhã também dentro do padrão. Funcionária do café da manhã, Sra. Verônica, muito cordial e eficiente.

Cons:

Eu fui a Cuiabá para fazer concurso público e sono tranquilo era primordial. Quando do check-in, fui surpreendida porque o único quarto disponível ficava ao lado do exaustor. Hóspedes anteriores já haviam reclamado do barulho, o que fez com que o recepcionista me deixasse ciente dessa possibilidade. A situação toda é absurda. Esse quarto deveria ser inutilizado. Quem iria querer pagar diárias caras para ficar ao lado de um exaustor? Essa condição sequer é informada no momento da reserva, para que você decida se quer mesmo seguir em frente ou não. Eu tinha chegado à noite, depois de uma viagem de 10h, e tive que lidar com essa situação exaustiva, que só foi resolvida depois de muita insistência. A gerente, Liliane, não estava disponível. Só consegui resolver tudo em razão da gentileza do recepcionista, Sr. Jean, a quem registro elogio. Mas toda a situação destoa do atendimento esperado pelo preço das diárias e pelo padrão Intercity. Já me hospedei em vários e isso nunca aconteceu. Fiquem atentos para não serem prejudicados.

Bom mais poderia ser melhor pelo preco que paguei.

Eu fiz minha reserva pelo Booking, quando cheguei no hotel o recepcionista Diogo me colocou em um quarto padrao com duas camas de casal, saboneteira caindo aos pedacos, e controle remoto do ar condicionado sem funcionar. Outro recepcionista me perguntou, na minha saída, porque havia ficado nesse quarto (208) já que pelo mesmo preco poderia ter ficado em um quarto melhor em um andar mais alto com mais conforto.
Penso que o melhor é fazer a reserva direto com o hotel para ter mais comodidades. Lamentável!!!
