Spacious sunny family apartment in perfect location
Pros:

Perfect location, 3 bedroom apartment with terrace and ocean views on level 6. Perfect for family, spacious, 2 bathrooms, kitchen and laundry

Cons:

Some light switches need replacing, carpet is old, bath/shower plastic curtain needs refreshing. kitchen needs extra pots and pans. Apartment overall outdated but so spacious and comfortable. No plug for bath - however we asked for one on weekday., as reception only mon to fri for limited hours.

We loved our stay. The apartment was the perfect size for a family of 5 and was close to everything.
Pros:

Location was fantastic, close to beach and coffee and food outlets. Clean and spacious and kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook our own meals. We would happily stay again.

Cons:

The only thing was that the trees have grown quite big which obstructed our seaview - but not really a biggie!

A brief beach escape from the cold Canberra winter
Pros:

The location overlooking the beach. The bathrooms, kitchen and beddings are clean.

Cons:

This is our third stay here. It’s getting tired. Need a revamp. The mattress gave me a sore back

Coogee view review
Pros:

Close to beach and ocean swimming pool. Close to restaurants. Bus stop right across the road. Very clean

Cons:

We had to move midway through booking due to our room being double booked. The last thing we felt like doing was packing up our belongings and moving rooms. Beds were great in first room, not so good in 2nd. Also the accommodation wasn't quite as good as depicted in the photos!

Pros:

Good location. Nice electric fire in the living area. Kitchen was well equipped. Beds comfortable.

Cons:

Bathrooms need updating. Extra blankets and/or electric blanket needed for winter. Parking very narrow for our large rental car.

Pros:

Close to beach and I could use the fire stairs as I dont like lifts. The apartments are a decent size.

Cons:

I thought i booked a room with a verandah facing coogee beach as that's what the picture showed me. . Thats not what I got i got a side view from the side street so that was disappointing. Makes me reluctant to book again

La alfombra en todos los ambientes era antigua y no va más por un tema de limpieza.
El colchón estaba deformado de ambos lados y las sábanas y frazada eran chicas para la altura/ tamaño del colchón lo que provocaba incomodidad.

Lovely location, facilities good, price ok, some updates/cleanliness issues need addressing.
Pros:

Location is amazing right on the beach with ample great restaurants downstairs. Ocean view and morning sunshine into the loungeroom of 3 bedroom room 701 is lovely.

Cons:

One of the two couches in room 701 is filthy but luckily it had a throw that we put out on top of it because we didn’t want to sit on it for the filth. Needs steam cleaning or replacement. Walls need washing/refresh as they’re dirty too. Beds not very comfortable need to consider mattress toppers or new beds.

Overpriced, old but good location
Pros:

The location was perfect and the size of the apartment was large and spacious

Cons:

The apartment was dated, broken tiles, gout needing repair, terrible showers and terrible mattresses and pillows in the rooms. The place needs a complete renovation and does not provide value for money considering the cost. The view also doesnt match the photos, there are extensive trees infront of the apartment that makes seeing the beach difficult.

Additionally you need to handover extensive personal information to pick up the key on weekends for a lock box. Despite it saying the check in was open 2-4pm on Sundays, it wasn't and it needed a lock box and they can't process the details on a weekend so if its a short-notice stay, you would not be able to get a key.

Fantastic location. Shame about the facilities.
Pros:

Absolutely perfect location, the view , car park and laundry.

Cons:

Unfortunately there was a constant sour smell of food cooking during our seven day stay. On our arrival it was so strong it had permeated the bedding. The bed was extremely uncomfortable as it had dips on each side and no measure of jiggling could change that . There seemed to be a cockroach problem, one was squashed on the fridge seal when we arrived.
