A very nice hotel. The room is nice.
Very nice breakfast. a lot of options including cheese sausages, fruits , sweets/cakes and such options . The personnel were very helpful. Even helped us book parking on our next location.

Cons:

The pool is not large and the direction that was given to us took us all around the hotel on a long staircase and a steep somewhat dangerous road instead of giving us an option through the hotel corridors, strange.

Hotel tranquil amb unes vistes espectaculars.
Pros:

Ens van donar una habitació superior, molt gran i amb un balcó enorme. Les vistes al mar i a l’Etna espectaculars. El bufet d’esmorzar molt complert i molt tranquil. La piscina molt correcte i també molt tranquila.
Hotel molt recomanable si es vol passar uns dies en la zona. Tens el poble molt a prop per poder-hi anar a fer una volta. Pàrquing gratuït que,si vas amb cotxe, s’agraeix.

Soggiorno in relax a Zafferana Etnea
Pros:

La nostra camera tripla, in cui abbiamo soggiornato in due, era enorme, così come il bagno. La struttura è moderna e mantenuta benissimo. Ottima la SPA, con uno staff di ragazze gentilissime e molto professionali. La piscina è piccolina ma curata, dotata di molte sdraio e ombrelloni. La colazione è eccellente e varia, dal dolce al salato. Tutto è stato perfetto: il servizio bar, la pulizia, i camerieri e la disponibilità del personale alla reception. Nota di merito anche per l'enorme parcheggio gratuito. Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Cons:

L'unica nota negativa del nostro soggiorno riguarda il fatto che, al piano sottostante la nostra camera, si sentiva il rumore di alcuni motori accesi quasi H24, il che disturbava molto durante la notte. In vista del prossimo soggiorno, chiederò in anticipo di evitare le camere situate in questa area rumorosa.
