Primeiramente assim que chegamos disse que vcs cobraram o valor 1438,05 ( mais ou menos esse valor depois passo valor exato) disseram que vc não eram p cobrar pq o procedimento era p o hotel sim fazer esse tipo de cobrança, vi no site deles que não cobravam antes. Daí mostrei a cobrança que tinha pago a VCS, a moça da recepção foi muito grossa e disse que se quissemos ficar no hotel teríamos que pagar novamente. Resolvermos procurar outro hotel e fiquei de entrar em contato com VCS quando retornassemos ao Brasil .

Deberían reforzar la cultura del buen trato al cliente en recepción. No solo pasa por atender, sino por atender bien. Cuando llegas no te dan ni las buenas noches, no te dicen gracias, te atienden como si te estuvieran haciendo un favor. O al menos, así me sentí este sábado, porque otras veces no ha sido así cuando nos tocaba otra recepcionista. Quizás eso no lo sabe el dueño del hotel pero debería contratar una agencia de cliente anónimo para saber como se esta gestionando la atención al cliente en un punto tan importante como la recepción que es la primera impresión que uno se lleva.

Malgré les fenêtres, on entendait le bruit des pubs et autres. Je n'ai pas pu me reposer, impossible dormir même au 4ème étage. Petit dejeuné trop maigre, surtout qu'ils vous disent, c'est tout ce qu'il y a. Pas de pain, etc. En voyant les avis, cela veut dire qu'ils le savent depuis longtemps, mais c'est ça politique de ne pas donner plus. Alors on paye le petit déjeuné mais si vous ne trouvez pas, tant pis pour vous. Je ne trouve pas cela acceptable. Et pour les navettes, en fait c'est simplement un service de taxi, comme tous les autres hôtels d'ailleurs.

Quarto confortável.

Cons:

Embora o horário do check in conste nas informações, achei abusivo e desrespeitoso com o hóspede. Muitas pessoas esperando na sala, dormindo, nitidamente exaustas. Não se justifica a diferença entre o horário do checkout e check in. Acomodação não se mostra muito flexível. Esperamos bastante com várias outras pessoas.
Por isso, acho que na cidade deve haver opções melhores.

Pros:

La buena atención por parte de todo, especial la ñina del casino, es un amor, también que nos prepararon nuestro desayuno dos días que salimos antes de la 5 am. Todo muy limpio y con las cosas necesarias para la estadía, agüita,chocolate, café, etc.

Pros:

La ubicación perfecta a menos de una cuadra de la plaza keneddy, rodeada de bares y restaurantes, uno de los mejores puntos de Miraflores, el desayuno bueno contundente no con mucha variedad pero si tenía todo lo necesario, las camas cómodas, el personal muy amable, precio calidad perfecta, recomiendo 100% volvería a quedarme sin duda además te reciben con agua y unos bombones de cortesía.

Hotel simples, porém razoável! A localização muito boa, mas o barulho perturba bastante!!!

E um hotel simples mas nos atendeu.
A única questão e que fica próximo de uma Rua cheia de restaurantes e, em função disso tem muito barulho a noite.
