According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Meu quarto não tinha trava de segurança por dentro. Me senti insegura, pois um cartão mestre abriria facilmente meu quarto. Acho que isso é uma coisa para melhorar, fiquei no 14 andar

O quarto era bastante espaçoso e com bons móveis.

Cons:

Pedi um late checkout e não foi concedido, pois supostamente o hotel estava cheio no dia de entrada. Entretanto, depois voltei para buscar uma coisa que esqueci no quarto por volta das 15h e ele ainda nem tinha sido preparado. Isso demonstrou, na minha visão, desorganização e falta de atenção para com o cliente. Ademais, eu poderia ter exigido a lei das 24h e não fiz.

As instalações das áreas comuns são boas. Café da manhã foi muito bom.

As instalações dos quartos estão precisando de uma renovação. Está tudo bem antigo e fora do padrão de outras unidades Inter City. Ar condicionado velho e barulhento. Toalhas eu achei bem de baixa qualidade. No meu quarto tinha uma cadeira de rodinha velha e encardida.
