Sehr schönes Hotel, gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Lage ist nicht nur sehr schön am Wasser gelegen, sondern auch nahe vieler Aktivitäten. Das Museum Ludwig so wie der Kölner Dom & die Fußgängerzone sind in 5 min zu erreichen. Der Zoo ist fußläufig auch nur 30-40 min entfernt.
Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ordentlich und optisch ansprechend. Es hat alles was man an Ausstattung braucht und ist dabei sehr gemütlich.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Pros:

Localização excelente, especialmente pra quem quer frequentar bares a noite pq fica perto de uma região destas. Quarto mto confortável.

Cons:

Por não ter janelas, banheiro deveria ser limpo diariamente sem a necessidade de agendamento

Очень милый, продуманный отель прямо на набережной. В номере было чисто. Персонал очень вежливый.

Cons:

Номер очень небольшой, но хорошо продуманный. Есть все необходимое. На улице было достаточно шумно, но это минус отличного расположения.

Privacy breach and non welcoming staff

Staff , maybe culturally was not compatible with hospitality, every basic question or request was dealt with a serious face and "what you want again" attitude. Also the cleaning personnel bumped into the room while we were in the meeting and was in privacy comfort. When we explained this to reception (evening shift) she offered they won't come for cleaning tomorrow? Seen the not understanding the problem and privacy breach as the solution. Guests should expect to deal with government bureaucracy not hospitality or smiley face.
