La gentillesse et la disponibilité du personnel.
L'emplacement.
La propreté de la chambre.

Cons:

Les jus de fruits proposé au petit déjeuner !!
La terrasse sur le toit, dommage qu'elle soit vieillotte, et sale ( personne profite ) !!
Le lit d'une personne était un peu étroit...
Les arbustes a l'entrée des escaliers de l'hôtel, certains sont secs , et en plus ils gêne l'entrée et sortie de l'hôtel !!

Excellent value
Pros:

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice with spa bath and large walk in Shower.

Cons:

Breakfast was a bit limited. Mostly bread and pastries. Especially if you went later. Fruit and yogurt were limited/ gone.

Estadia com ida a espectáculo no Coliseu.
Pros:

Cama muito confortavel.

Visita a Oporto y buen descanso recuperador.
Pros:

La habitación y el baño estaban muy nuevos. Nosotros estuvimos en suite y era muy espaciosa. Tienes a tu disposición un hervidor de agua con café e infusiones.

Cons:

La 2ª habitación era más pequeña, no era suite, y tenía el lavabo abierto al dormitorio, taza y ducha cerrados por puerta traslúcida de cristal. Pero solo estuvimos para dormir por lo que no fue inconveniente.
La imagen de la fachada choca con su interior y el acceso no tiene rampa y debes subir a pulso las maletas.
