nice location , staffing either not present or bad attitude .
Cons:

The attitude of the staff was horribble , the person you call from the room was very argumentative .
No one there to meet you on arrival.
reception is 2 levels above and i had kids in the car . Again no concierge

Lovely stay, will return to a similar high apartment but the more south/east facing one (5504) for more unobstructed
Pros:

I like the building and the size of it. Love the lobby and the staircase.

Cons:

The room was a little tarnished. Being a rental I understood the volume of traffic going through it. There were pen marks on the desk, wall and door scuffs and the apt manual had scribbles all over it from previous children guests I presume. Apart from that nothing else to complain about.
