Wasn't what we were hoping for. Great for someone else...
Pros:

Right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Close to the tram, close to the beach. Many restaurants in the area.

Cons:

We were on level 15 so every morning we would wake to the sound of excavators doing their sand dredging on the beach below. We understand its necessary for maintaining the beach but it was far from peaceful. It seemed more of a family or younger generation accommodation. Wasn't for us.

Cons:

When I checked in, 2 out of 6 elevator were down, and the room I wasn’t clean, the carpet was stained, sofa wasn’t clean, the leather table chair color was peeling, tv table had marks and damaged. And when I asked to change the room they charged me for it instead of upgrading

Pros:

The views were amazing and beds super comfortable and clean. Plenty of room for 6 of us girls with decent living room and kitchen. 2x balcony’s. Staff were good, especially the late night staff.

Cons:

Parking was annoying to get to and we had to pay extra - I thought it was included.

Great view & Modern !
Pros:

Great view & nice apartment

We stayed here for 5 nights and we loved it very much!
First of all we got to thank the hotel for upgrading us to the 2 room sky view on 59th floor having the full seaview of the surfers paradise!
The apartment is modern & cosy with daily cleaned.
And kitchen is fully equipped.
Location is the best with shops and restaurants just next to the hotel.

The lobby is so nicely decorated & cosy.
Really enjoyed our stay
Will definitely choose this hotel if we return !
