Excellent séjour à deux pas du centre ville
Pros:

Excellent séjour ! Le cadre est particulièrement agréable et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Dans la chambre confort, rien ne manque. Un grand merci au personnel pour son accueil remarquable, sa disponibilité et ses précieux conseils. Le petit-déjeuner est tout simplement fabuleux, garni de délicieux produits faits maison. Enfin, l'emplacement est idéal, à deux pas du centre-ville.

Overall we had a great stay here and would highly recommend to others.
Pros:

Excellent location. In the centre of La Rochelle and next to Main Street for restaurants.

Cons:

Parking space at the hotel is limited and the underground car park is down a steep ramp with very tight bends. Some drivers will struggle.

Pros:

L’emplacement au centre de la Rochelle est très bien et la chambre confortable

Cons:

L’accueil est correct mais pas du tout chaleureux. On ne nous regarde même pas ( continue d’écrire sur son ordinateur quand on rend la clé , pas d’explication notre arrivée, pas d’accès du parking à l’hôtel par ascenseur , donc attention aux personnes en situation de handicap ou avec des bagages encombrants

Pros:

Tolle Lage an der Altstaft und außergewöhnlich gute Ausstattung. Sehr freundliches Personal und sehr gutes Frühstück. Es steht auch eine Tiefgarage zur Verfügung. Uns wurden vom freundlichen Personal auch einige gute Restaurants in der Nähe empfohlen.

Lovely hotel in prefect position with great staff.
Pros:

Loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable, great facilities, great location with the town one one side and the beach on the other. Staff were lovely and friendly. Breakfast was great and freshly squeezed orange juice every morning was a lovely touch. Highly recommended.

Prima verblijf op mooie locatie.
Pros:

Ligging hotel is perfect. Tevens parkeergelegenheid maar vergeet dit niet bij boeking meteen te reserveren. Kost 20 euro. Hond is welkom. Kosten 20 euro per dag.
Ontbijt hebben we niet genomen. 22 euro pp vinden wij teveel.
Personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De sfeer en inrichting hotel was mooi maar inrichting kamers voelde wat simpel en goedkoop.

Pros:

Very good welcome from staff who were also very helpful on orientation and recommending places to eat. Extremely comfortable bed and bathroom food. First class breakfast with the pastries etc being made on site.

Cons:

Nothing really. Directions for parking could just do with an extra line about the bollards round the back of the hotel, but perhaps I was just being a numpty
