Second stay - great location, super convenient, worth the price.
Pros:

Pros:

The bed wasnt too bad

Cons:

The room was too small, bathroom too, toilet was dirty. We got the last room at the last floor so no elevator to the top.

Great place to stay near the main train station
Pros:

Excellent location. Nice and pleasant. Rooms are small but don’t feel cramped.

Cons:

The rooms were hot during the month of July when we stayed. The tower fan didn’t help that much.

Pros:

Relación calidad/precio para lo que es París, está bien. Muy amables en recepción. Limpieza, muy bien. Situado muy cerca de estación de metro

Cons:

No había aire acondicionado en la habitación que estaba en la buhardilla y justo nos tocó ola de calor

Pros:

Close to the Train station and close to a metro station. The room was clean. They have a water cooler in the lobby where you can fill up your own bottle with water if you wanted. They allowed us to leave our luggage in the storage room after we checked out.

Cons:

It was very hot >36 degrees C inside the room, an air-con would have been great. The provided fan did not really help that much. The one light on the headboard would flash incessantly the whole time and it did it regardless of the switch being in the ON or OFF position. I ended up just unscrewing the light-bulb. The safe in the room's battery were flat and even though the reception had batteries the little door over the batteries were screwed shut and they did not have the tools for me to open it up so that I could replace the batteries.

Excelente servicio,sin duda volveré a Paris y al Chabrol Opera
Pros:

Lo primero y más importante es destacar la amabilidad y simpatía de todo el personal de recepción y servicio,
Ubicación excelente, el metro 7 te deja a 30metros, por esas dos razones fundamentales volvería sin dudarlo
El desayuno abundante,variado y amplitud de horario
Excelente la limpieza y confortable todo el mobiliario
Muy buena conexión con todos los puntos resalta les de la ciudad

No hay enchufe cerca de la cama

Notte da dimenticare!

La posizione e lo staff

Cons:

Stanza piccolissima al sesto piano (l’ascensore arriva solo fino al 4), uno dei due lettini è praticamente davanti alla porta. Senza condizionatori,solo ventilatori che però non raffrescano adeguatamente. Per fortuna abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte.

Bien mais pas pendant la canicule LOL
Pros:

À même pas 5 minutes à pied du métro. Le personnel est hyper accueillant et prévenant. Par contre, on y est allées en post période caniculaire et on a un peu souffert… le personnel avait prévu un ventilateur donc top mais on ne pouvait pas ouvrir la fenêtre vu le bruit dehors (bar et restaus). De plus la literie n’était pas des plus confortables. Le matelas était comme creusé. Rapport qualité prix quand même très honnête !

Confortable et bien situé mais pas durant de fortes chaleurs
Pros:

La situation proche de la gare du nord et du métro.

Cons:

Pas d’airco dans les chambres, ce qui rendait le repos difficile. Un simple ventilateur pour essayer de rafraîchir ce qui est loin d’être suffisant.

La amabilidad de la recepcionista, que nos cambió la habitación asignada en el último piso, donde hace más calor, por otra con camas más pequeñas pero más fresca

Cons:

No hay climatizacion, sólo un ventilador con el cable muy corto, por lo que no lo podías cambiar demasiado de sitio. Es un hotel pequeño y nantiguo, pero funcional. Para dormir, sin más, cerca del metro (Poissonerie) y de la estación de tren Gare du Nord
