For one night stay it was great
Pros:

The staff was very helpfull.
The location near to the metro station - good starting point.
Typical Paris way to use the space to maximum - everything is very tight and tiny - I put it as a neutral note as those boutique hotels are like that et c’est comme ça :)

Cons:

The breakfast and the room should be cleaner.

Prima hotel, voor n nachtje Parijs!
Pros:

Leuk hotel voor n nachtje Parijs!, Klein maar op n fijne locatie, handig vlak bij de metro, prima ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel!

Sentralt, koselig og lite hotell😊
Pros:

Veldig sentralt, lett å kome seg rundt i Paris frå denne plassen. Personalet var veldig hyggelige , imøtekommende og hjelpsomme!
Det var veldig reint på romma, og vi hadde alt vi trengte for ei fin uke i Paris!
Nabolaget hadde koselige kafeer som vi åt frukost på, eller tok drink på kvelden!
Anbefales!

Cons:

At der manglet aircondition.
Vi hadde opphold under hetebølgen, og det var krevende uten aircondition.

Basic 2 star hotel - would only recommend due to closeness to gate du nord
Pros:

It was basic but clean. Good location for Gare du Nord

Cons:

Shame that lift wasn’t working and I was on the fourth floor. No help forthcoming when I arrived but the young guy on reception the following day offered to help me bring luggage down.
The photos do not match reality.
Basic hotel where one night is sufficient
No aircon so pretty warm in summer

A convenient short stay close to the Gare du Nord
Pros:

The room was small but had all the necessary amenities. It would have been nice to have had some air-conditioning given the hot spell that France was going through, but there was a much appreciated fan.
The breakfast was excellent. I especially appreciated the fresh squeezed orange juice and the fresh fruit.
The staff were helpful and courteous.

Cons:

The lift was not working, but that wasn't too much of a burden for me.

Not sure why it's a 3 star hotel, unless it 3 out of 10 stars! Wouldn't stay there again.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. It was close to Metro and the train station.

Cons:

Elevator broke down. It was very shabby. To be fair, I didn't check for AC before making the reservation and Paris was unseasonably hot during my stay, but it was unbelievably uncomfortable.

Kattan yarım kat aşağı taşımalısınız.belli bir kattan sonra asansör yok üst kat odalara merdivenle taşımak zorundasınız.odalar cok küçük yataktan inmeden oda kapısını açabiliyorsunuz.sadece yatıcaz çok önemli değil diye düşündük fakat odada klima vs de yok küçük yerden bir hava ufleyen cihaz var hava cıkan yerler tozdan tabaka bağlamıştı cam ic boşluğa açılıyor çok bunaltıcı.Aslında bunlar kötü bir otelde başınıza gelebilecek olağan şeyler.Asıl canımı sıkan şey şu oldu:
Akşam koşturmadan yemek yiyemedik dışardan yemek söyledim paketin gelmesinede 10-15 dk vardı. Odaya çıkıp tekrar inmemek için resepsiyonda beklemeye başladım. kesinlikle ses cıkartmadan telefonumdan çektiğim fotoğraflara bakıyordum resepsiyonist resepsiyonda bekleyemeyecegimi alt katta hasta yaslı bir adamın uyudugunun yazdiğı bir metin önüme koydu. Resepsiyonunda yemek bekleyemeyecegin dünydaki ender otellerden biridir sanırım. Devamli seyahat eden biri olarak söyleyebilirim ki bu ilk defa başıma geldi.

qualité de la literie. petit déjeuner correct; Réceptionniste accueillante.
Proximité de la gare du nord.

Cons:

ascenseur en panne. 5 étages à monter à pied.
J'ai dû réclamer une grande serviette qui manquait dans la salle de bain. Abbatant WC non fixé.
Le ventilateur dans la chambre est insuffisant pour faire descendre la température. La climatisation serait la bienvenue.

De locatie is prima. Vlakbij station en metro in de buurt

Cons:

Lift was kapot en kamer was bloedheet. Kunnen zij weinig aan doen, maar met een ventilator alleen krijg je geen comfortabele temperatuur
