A room for a night
Pros:

It's convenience for the Gare du Nord and Eurostar
The breakfast
Comfortable bed
The bathroom except that the shower panel over the bath really isn't long enough and quite a lot of water ended on the floor

Cons:

Realise that as a rather elderly couple the lifts which open onto Mezzanine floor, you have to walk up or down a flight of narrow stairs to floor where your room is located, it was easier to manage when I was younger, not a place for those with mobility issues, there have been two rooms provided on the ground floor there is a glass roof linking them, but they finish on the roof so the rain goes into the gutter. There was very heavy and rain was leaking into the hallway outside the bedroom doors

De ligging.

Cons:

De zolderkamer, zeer kleine badkamer. Als je op de wc zat, met je knieën onder de lavabo.
De wc in de inkomhal, zeeeer klein.

Clean, quiet and comfortable spot close to Gare du Nord
Pros:

I had an overnight in Paris on the way back from a work trip, and I needed a hotel near Gare du Nord for an early start next morning. This hotel on a quiet street fitted the bill perfectly. Although the entrance isn't prepossessing, the room itself on the top floor was cute with exposed beams and a nice window overlooking a typical Parisian roofscape. One point: the glass lift is spacious, but it serves the half landing, so you always have a few steps to cope with.

L’emplacement et la qualité de la chambre

Cons:

Notre chambre la 1 à côté de l’accueil et très mal insonorisée
Du coup nous entendions tous et impossible de dormir hier soir ou ce matin
Le métro qui faisait trembler le sol

Decent Hotel in close distance to Paris Est
Pros:

Location great, walkable from Paris Est - if you love Momntmatre or Marais you can do all of that walking distance. There is a portable Aircon in the room.
If you are running around all day and just need a place to sleep, this is it.

Cons:

The light in the bathroom did not work - I mentioned
this twice but the staff did not care. It was so hot all night that I could barely sleep, even though there was
an air conditioning (that was running all night).

La ubicación, con muchos restaurantes y panaderias alrededor

Cons:

Son de esas casas antiguas, que les agregan un pequeño elevador por fuera, pero este te dejaba a medio piso 😅, de modo que igual debías subir y bajar (pocas) escaleras con la maleta.

Great location and comfy stay
Pros:

Very good location, helpful staff, good deal. Cafe has filtered water and aircon (no aircon in room) and has an elevator

Pros:

L’accueil parfait !!
La chambre très propre.
Rue calme pour Paris.

Le plus parking à 3 minutes à pied de hôtel avec tarif très intéressant en venant de l’hôtel.

Cons:

Pas de Clim en cas de canicule mais bon !! Il n’y a pas de canicule toute l’année

Pros:

Die Lage des Hotels ist super: Man ist in 10 min zu Fuß oben im belebten Viertel mit Bars und Lokalen, kann die Blick von der Aussichtsterrasse auf die Stadt genießen.
Zur Metro und zu den Bussen sind es nur 5 min zu Fuß.
Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es recht ruhig nachts.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr vielseitig und wird ständig aufgefüllt. Alles ist top organisiert.

Cons:

Die laute Musik im Frühstücksraum...darauf hätten wir verzichten können.
