Pros:

Wir haben eine Woche unseres Sommerurlaubes im August im Hotel Genna 'e Masoni verbracht. Die Anlage ist wirklich sehr schön und in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Das Angebot im Hoteleigenen Restaurant sowie der Service dort waren liebevoll und haben uns wirklich begeistert. Insgesamt haben wir uns dort auch grundsätzlich wohlgefühlt.

Cons:

Leider gab es einige negative Punkte, die für uns einen faden Beigeschmack hinterlassen haben. Unser Zimmer hatte zu Beginn einen sehr unangenehmen, muffigen Geruch und die Ausstattung wirkte teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wir hatten (auch nach Enfernung aller offenen Lebensmittel) immer wieder haufenweise Ameisen im Zimmer, und damit auch in Koffer und Bett. Wir haben das Personal mehrmals darauf hingewiesen, leider konnte das Problem nicht nachhaltig verhindert werden - was für uns aber noch okay war, mit Insekten kann man rechnen.
Besonders ärgerlich war jedoch, dass wir eines Nachmittags in das Hotelzimmer zurückkamen und unser Badezimmer einer Baustelle glich, während ein Klemptner - ohne vorherige Information oder Rücksprache mit uns das Bidet herausriss und erneuerte. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption wurden wir um Geduld und etwas Wartezeit gebeten. Auf die Frage, warum man uns nicht einfach im Vorhinein über die notwenigen Arbeiten informiert habe, so dass wir etwas länger am Strand hätten bleiben können, wurde uns gesagt, dass unsere Telefonnummer nicht hinterlegt sei, was dann anschließend wieder zurückgenommen wurde.
Auch wenn uns die Anlage, das Restaurant und der Service grundsätzlich gefallen haben, haben diese Erfahrungen uns geärgert.

Hotel położony blisko morza , czystej plaży, ma piękny zadbany ogród, miejsce parkingowe specjalne dla motocykli, smaczne bogate śniadanie podawane w formie bufetu, wieczorem warto iść na kolację, jest w formie dania dnia lub z karty, bardzo smaczne polecamy, obsługa zarówno w recepcji, przy śniadaniu jak i kolacji bardzo uprzejma i pomocna.

Camera molto confortevole ed ampia, buona posizione con la spiaggia, molto verde, colazione ottima e molto varia. Hanno anche in noleggio e-bike.

Cons:

Il parcheggio auto è scomodo, in quanto tra dove si lascia l'auto e la camera c'è una salita ripida abbastanza lunga, che potrebbe mettere in difficoltà. E' vero che si può avvicinare per il carico/scarico, ma almeno qualche posto per chi è a ridotta mobilità potrebbero metterlo, in cima alla salita.
