Hotel gradevole ma senza alcun servizio
Pros:

Hotel curato e molto caratteristico.

Cons:

Due cose in particolare, la colazione, poco assortita e poco curata e il fatto che nonostante sia 4 stelle non abbia praticamente alcun tipo di servizio, tra cui una piscina

Camere moderne e una vista particolare
Pros:

Ho soggiornato una notte all’Hotel Saraceno Al Faro e ho apprezzato soprattutto la posizione, con una vista particolare che caratterizza sicuramente il soggiorno.
Le camere sono moderne e piacevoli, un aspetto che ho apprezzato durante la mia breve permanenza.
Lo staff si è dimostrato professionale.

Cons:

Pur riconoscendo la professionalità del personale, ho trovato lo staff un po’ distaccato e poco empatico: mi sarebbe piaciuto un approccio più orientato al cliente.
La climatizzazione della camera, inoltre, era un po’ rumorosa e durante la notte può risultare fastidiosa per chi ha il sonno leggero.

Hi, we are very disappointed. The hotel is not a hotel. It is a room rental and there are not many rooms. It is very far from the city. Breakfast is not included except for yogurt and coffee. There is no elevator. Wow, walking up 20 steps with 4 suitcases? I do not believe that this hotel is 4 stars. This is a scam and we should complain to the Italian tourism office that it is a 4 star hotel. In one word... disappointment!!!! Not worth the price of our stay. We do not recommend it at all to anyone thinking of coming to the hotel!!!

Sugiero mejorar el desayuno
Pros:

Todo perfecto en el hotel; solo tienes que considerar que esta a 4.5 km del centro histórico de Taranto; pero de fácil llegada en auto. Estacionamiento sin cargo y cómodo. Cabe destacar los empleados impecable con su amabilidad.

Cons:

Creo que merece este hotel mejorar mucho el desayuno. Muy básico y sin variedad de frutas, ni manteca; ni queso crema. Una pena.

Cons:

Musica del ristorante alta oltre la mezzanotte e mezzo. Capisco che c'erano delle tavolate al ristorante e che sono andati lunghi, ma la musica ad una certa ora, andrebbe abbassata, anche per rispetto a chi ha prenotato la camera, che si affaccia sui tavoli del ristorante.
Colazione decisamente deludente e con poca scelta per la struttura e la categoria.

Belle découverte
Pros:

très bel hôtel avec une superbe vue sur Tarente, le personnel est très aimable l'accueil et chaleureux un grand parking pour stationner. La chambre est grande avec un petit frigo bien pratique pour conserver les bouteilles au frais. Très bonne literie . Très bon petit déjeuner continental. Je recommande.

Non vale 4 stelle
Pros:

La camera e bagno bella spaziosa e moderna.

Cons:

Lo staff era poco cordiale. La colazione scarsa e non curata come dovrebbe essere in un 4stelle!! Pane che aveva il gusto di armadio. I copri sedia eleganti ma pieni di macchie di sporco!
In camera le tazze per farsi una tisana erano piene di polvere e le bustine del tè vecchie e semichiuse.......

Assez Bruyant dans le couloir car pas de moquettes donc ça résonne
