Pros:

Absolutely wonderful place to relax, clearly well thought through. Rooms are spacious and airy, with soothing views. Both pools, jacuzzis and saunas were amazing—I went multiple times. Breakfast had many delicious options with local produce. The restaurant was also a good choice for dinner.

Cons:

Considering the high price, I was surprised to be charged extra for parking. Also, the coffee quality was very sub par, which is disappointing when specialty coffee is incredible in Poland and the hotel could easily provide batch brew for breakfast or drip bags in rooms. Most hotels outside of Poland have been doing this for a while.

Najlepsza miejscówka w okolicy
Pros:

Lokalizacja, basen, rowery elektryczne. Fajne dania w restauracji.

Cons:

Akurat miało miejsce wydarzenie w zamku, także duże zamieszanie dużo samochodów parkujących na poboczu brak miejsca na parkingu zajęta ładowarka elektryczna przez spalinowy. Ktoś powinien pilnować lepiej tego.

Great experience overall
Pros:

Love the place and facilities

Cons:

Staff was a bit rude and not always helpful e.g spa reception staff was not very flexible, requested opening an outdoor pool that was covered at 11 and after many reminders it was eventually open. Hotel reception staff was not always super helpful, for example my husband was struggling w internet and they said, yes it is not working…the steam sauna did not work for the entire stay.

Położenie hotelu wsród zieleni i natury. Na terenie hotelu jest wiele miejsc gdzie można relaksować się wsród drzew, uciec od upału. Biblioteczka z książkami i magazynami. Możliwość gry w bule. Uprzejmy personel. Pomimo pełnego obłożenia nie wyczuwało się natłoku ludzi w hotelu i na basenie. Piękny widok z pokoju na drzewa.

Cons:

Myślę, że w restauracji powinno być podawane czekadełko, żeby umilić czas oczekiwania na posiłek.
