Świetna lokalizacja, ale hotel wymaga dopracowania.
Pros:

Pobyt w Prawdzic Family Resort & Wellness oceniamy średnio. Największym plusem jest zdecydowanie lokalizacja – hotel znajduje się bardzo blisko plaży. Na śniadaniach był spory wybór i każdy mógł znaleźć coś dla siebie. Duży plus również za salę zabaw dla dzieci, zewnętrzną strefę chillout z food truckiem oraz dmuchańca dla dzieci. Nie korzystaliśmy z basenu, ale sam fakt, że jest dostępny, również oceniamy pozytywnie. Jedynie plac zabaw mógłby być lepiej wyposażony.

Cons:

Niestety hotel ma też sporo minusów. Pokoje są częściowo odnowione, ale nadal pozostawiają wiele do życzenia, podobnie jak korytarze, które wyraźnie wymagają remontu. W pokojach było słychać praktycznie wszystkie dźwięki z zewnątrz, a drzwi cały czas się poruszały i stukały, co było bardzo uciążliwe. Dużym problemem było również praktycznie niedziałające Wi-Fi oraz bardzo słaby zasięg w pokojach. Dodatkowo w wielu miejscach unosił się nieprzyjemny zapach, prawdopodobnie dochodzący z kuchni.
Przy większym obłożeniu hotelu, szczególnie podczas weekendu, obsługa restauracji momentami nie nadążała ze sprzątaniem stolików i uzupełnianiem poszczególnych produktów na śniadaniu. Największym rozczarowaniem był jednak brak sprzątania pokoju podczas pobytu oraz niewymieniane ręczniki.

Nice stay
Pros:

The staff was friendly, the room was clean, and there was a very wide selection of food for breakfast. The beach was only a 3-minute walk away.

Cons:

The sound insulation was very poor. Parking is available on the hotel premises, but it is paid. The price was quite high, although it might have been because there was an Enrique Iglesias concert taking place at that time, so the prices were increased.

Pobyt udany hotel spełnił moje oczekiwania.
Pros:

1. Bardzo dobra lokalizacja
2. Czysto w pokojach i. w całym hotelu
3. Dużo atrakcji i możliwości spędzania czasu dla dzieci
4. Bardzo dobre śniadania

Cons:

1. Recepcja wydaje tylko jeden klucz do pokoju zamiast dwóch jak to jest w standardzie (utrudnia to codziennie funkcjonowanie).
2. Brak serwetek na stolikach w jadalni. Trzeba za każdym razem wstawać i przynosić samodzielnie jak potrzeba.
3. Schodzenie po dodatkowe ręczniki do recepcji na basen jest idiotyczne. Powinny być od razu dodatkowe w pokoju.
4 W tej klasie hotelu parking nie powinien być już dodatkowo płatny.

Całkiem dobry hotel ale bez szału.
Pros:

Sala zabaw dla dzieci była bardzo atrakcyjna choć było w niej zimno. Dobre śniadania, dostępne krzesełka dla dzieci. Wygodne łóżko. Pomocna obsługa recepcji.

Cons:

Basen był cały czas zajęty przez nauczycieli z dziećmi z zewnątrz. Hotel wynajmuje basen jakiejś szkole pływania i brakuje swobody dla gości. Szurające krzesła w pokojach. Ich dźwięk był tak głośny, że aż ciarki przechodzą. A wystarczył by kawałek filcu.

Największy plus to lokalizacja, bardzo blisko do plaży, ścieżki rowerowej, w pobliżu sklep spożywczy, kawiarnia, restauracja, wypożyczalnia rowerów. Duży ogród z akcesoriami dla dzieci oraz koszami, fotelami, stolikami dla dorosłych. W hotelu sala zabaw i w nieco gorszym stanie sala gier i basen. Część hotelu odnowiona. Czysto

Cons:

Druga część hotelu w gorszym stanie, standard zupelnie inny- widać że na bieżąco remontowana. Pokój komfort- dwa pomieszczenia, w tym 2 bez okien i bez drzwi- wnęka. Miał być balkon a mieliśmy dach z papy łączony z innymi pokojami z widokiem na budynek przyległy. Personel- średnio uprzejmy, niezaangazowany i mało profesjonalny. Śniadania- część starszych produktów, widać wystawianych kolejny raz, dość ograniczony wybór produktów, kawa z ekspresu- z proszku. Cześć hotelu prowadząca na basen i strefa basenowa niewyremontowana, wygląda jak obiekty 30 lat temu.

Mimo niedogodnien związanych z klimatyzacją, polecam. Fajne miejsce dla rodzin z dziećmi.

Rewelacyjne, bardzo zróżnicowane, obfite, świeżutkie śniadania!! Świetna przestrzeń wokół hotelu- trawka, leżaczki, mini bar. Czysty, dość duży basen. Sympatyczny, kompetentny personel. Bliskość plaży.
Dobra restauracja hotelowa (poza śniadaniem)

Cons:

Zaduch w pokojach, niesprawna klimatyzacja. Przy wysokich temp na dworzu może być uciążliwie. Niby lodówka w pokojach ale tylko generuje dodatkowe ciepło ukryta w szafce i absolutnie żadnego efektu chłodzenia.
