Pěkné umístění cca 10 minut pěšky od nádraží, klidné okolí, krásné městečko na večerní procházku a posezení.

La ubicación y la atención del personal.

Como única sugerencia les diría revisar siempre que el servicio de aparcamiento para los huéspedes está actualizado con la base de datos del parking de Saba Santa Caterina, ya que el primer día tuvimos problemas para sacar el coche pues nuestra matrícula no había sido activada en su sistema, pero esto fue fácilmente solucionado. Por lo demás, todo OK.

Perfect for couple of days
Pros:

There was a problem at the Pillow-by bloom, and I stayed at the Pillow-Erba, so my comments are about Erba. I was informed before my arrival. they immediately upgraded my stay, and it was a very smooth transition. I really like the genuinenes of the staff, recommendations, and cleanliness. I especially appreciated the lockers to keep the luggages after check out.

Pros:

BYPILLOW The Bloom is conveniently located in walking distance of all the main attractions. The room was nice, clean and had all the amities you might need. The staff was friendly and they told us that we could use the lockers in the common area free of charge even after checkout, which was super helpful.

Cons:

Just some small details that could be looked at: the toilet paper and shampoo holder were both flimsy. Someone could tighten them easily. Also we had the room on the 1st floor, next to the common area and you could hear anything that was happening outside.
