Hotel a little ‘tired’ in places. The restaurant is the gem in this hotel’s crown.
Pros:

Good location in pleasant surroundings. Staff very welcoming & professional. Dinner in the restaurant was exceptional & well worth staying overnight for! Good wine list.

Cons:

Not a great sleep as there was the sound of running water every 10-25 minutes or so. We think it was to do with the a/c unit. Manager was most polite on hearing of our uncomfortable night and refunded cost of our breakfast which was unexpected but appreciated & went part way to a bad nights sleep! Thank you

Great stay on a hotel with character and history

Evitez la chambre "Gamay"
Pros:

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la qualité du dîner et du petit déjeuner. Très jolie déco dans la salle à manger. Accueil très gentil de la réceptionniste.

Cons:

Par contre, très déçus par la chambre. Certes, des WC séparés, mais pas de séparation avec la salle de bains, seulement un voilage très léger. Un paravent ou un rideau opaque serait au minimum le bienvenu. Ce n'est pas parce que l'on dort avec son partenaire que l'on a pas besoin d'un minimum d'intimité pour prendre sa douche ou se brosser les dents !! De plus, une séparation permettrait de retenir un peu la chaleur. De plus, notre chambre était situé juste au dessus de la cuisine et le bruit très sonore de la hotte aspirante s'est fait entendre jusqu'à 23 heures.
