Pros:

Conforto e tamanho do quarto, qualidade do enxoval.
Qualidade e preços dos drinks.

Cons:

Lanche da madrugada, sanduíche queimado foi substituído, mas aí veio congelado.

Demora dos elevadores, um em manutenção/melhoria em pleno São João, mas o pior é que os outros dois não são sincronizados, param praticamente em todos os andares, mesmo não tendo ninguém para entrar.
Reposição de shampoo e sabonete insuficiente para um casal (mas são de ótima qualidade).
