O hotel ainda é meu favorito da cidade, a equipe de limpeza é surreal, o atendimento da recepção, dos garçons, nos bares é com certeza a melhor parte. Os quartos são ótimos, muito confortáveis, roupas de cama bem lavadas, e banheiros muito eficientes.

Cons:

Durante minhas duas últimas estadias tive o mesmo problema, o sistema de ar condicionado central é muito deficiente, tem dias wue o ar funciona bem e dias que faz muito calor, o próprio controle do ar é deficiente. O café da manhã em dias de lotação extrema é um pouco caótico, precisa ser mais bem dividido para comprovar tantas pessoas, alguns esperaram por mesas, outros sentaram em mesas sujas, caos.
