I have found my go-to location!
Pros:

Perfect location. Spotless. Quiet and private. 100% modern facilities. This is our second visit here and I will happily book these accommodations again!

Overall enjoyable experience.
Pros:

The location was great. Nice curb appeal. Rooms were clean. Included continental breakfast was good. Front desk staff cordial.

Cons:

Room electronic keypads were finicky, difficult to read in the sunlight. Bathroom door knob falling off. We fixed. Metal skirting around bed loud and annoying. No hangers in room.

Pros:

Cozy and quaint feel. Very peaceful and clean place. Thoughtful facility! Had a nice pool and offered poolside towels. Location was great, had lots around and right next to cape cod creamery. Would walk every night for ice cream :)

Great place, great stay! Our new go-to spot!
Pros:

We arrived a little over an hour prior to check-in time, but our host said that since our room was ready, go on in. The property is very inviting. There’s a beautiful pool with plenty of chairs to lounge on in addition to tables with umbrellas and very comfortable tall back chairs. The property is pretty and very well maintained. The room was spotless. Queen size bed with Night tables on either side in addition to a small table underneath the big flat screen television which hung on the wall. There was a coffee table in front of a small couch. There was a hutch to hang clothes in addition to drawers so you had plenty of space to put your clothing. The bathroom was just the right size with a shower and full sized tub, sink and toilet and were all sparkling clean. It also comes stocked with your bathing essentials. The room is fully updated with its own in-wall AC/heating unit. It comes with hardwood floors so there’s no questionable hotel rug hiding who knows what on the floor lol. Everything was modernized, including the door lock which works on a code so you don’t have to worry about losing your room key or card. There is free parking on the grounds and a continental breakfast is offered in the main house area, which was a perfect amount of small to-go items. I have found my go to accommodations when I visit the Cape! We will be returning.

Cons:

Cute, clean place and a good value.
Pros:

Nice value, good location close to the bus stop and businesses. Front staff was super nice! Breakfast was cute and simple. I loved the little gazebo on the property!

Cons:

The keypad code seemed way too easy for another guest to figure out, as it was just our room number followed by 000 to make a 4 digit number.
