Convenient, centrally-located, comfortable stay with modern functional design & helpful staff
Pros:

Very helpful staff, willing to go above-and-beyond for our early arrival. Room was comfortable, clean and modern with a reasonable size. Wi-Fi and Ethernet connectivity were stable and strong, air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. Shower temperature was hot enough. Price was excellent, considering the location is next to Rochor station (making it easier for our arrival on a rainy day), a short walk from major interchanges of Bugis and Little India, and a short walk from Jalan Besar station if you'd like to save time riding the Downtown-line loop. Its location is close to many tourist attractions and food venues.

Cons:

Pillow was a bit high for one of our members. Water system seems to have some air getting into it, making it a bit noisy. Supplied shower gel and shampoo from dispenser was a bit weak and the shower floor was a little slimy. Shower ventilation was not working, so it was very steamy. There is some construction nearby.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at ibis Styles Singapore Albert. The staff were exceptionally friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. They were always willing to assist us and made us feel comfortable and well taken care of.
The location was convenient, the hotel was comfortable, and the excellent hospitality from the staff really made our stay enjoyable. We truly appreciated their kindness and great service. We would be happy to stay here again!

The room that was assigned to me was very noisy especially at night and in the morning. You can hear loud flushing and flowing of water probably from the bathrooms of other units.

Another great visit to Singapore was made most pleasurable by Ibis Styles Singapore Albert's staff.
Pros:

Staff were extremely friendly and very helpful. Room was very clean. It is the 2nd time I have stayed at this hotel. The 7-ELEVEN right next door is very handy.

Pros:

Rewelacyjny hotel. Czyściutko, wygodne pokoje, małe ale tak jest w Singapurze. Basen świetny. Lokalizacja super, 3 minuty do lini metra którą dojedzie sie w pare minut do najważniejszych miejsc w mieście. Personel miły i śniadania bardzo dobre. Nie ma absolutnie nic do czego mozna się przyczepić. Mieliśmy po przylocie hotel obok (Rochor) I uważam że Ibis jest dużo lepszy. Z pewnością wybiorę Ibis jesli będę znów w Singapurze.
