Cleanliness
6.5
Mixed reports: several guests praised clean rooms, but serious incidents (guest found a stranger in their bed) and an initial report of a very dirty bathroom floor indicate notable housekeeping/security failures.
Service
9.5
Strong service overall: multiple mentions of helpful and amazing staff, specific praise for Wanda accommodating early check-in, and good pick-up/drop-off support from shuttle personnel.
Location
9
Convenient for airport travelers—multiple reviewers cited proximity/close location to the airport and shuttle service as a key positive.
Room Quality
8.8
Generally positive: rooms described as nice with very comfortable beds, though there were isolated issues (intrusion incident, initial floor dirtiness, unclear safe instructions).
Amenities
8.2
Amenities mostly adequate: breakfast provided and shuttle service is a benefit, but shuttle reliability was questioned in one review and the in-room safe lacked instructions; small gaps noted (e.g., no notepad).
Value for Money
9.2
Good value noted by guests: described as budget-priced and affordable with satisfactory offerings for the price.
Food and Beverage
8.8
Breakfast generally liked: described as adequate to very good across reviews, a consistent positive in guests' comments.
Overall Experience
8.8
Overall positive stays with multiple guests saying they'd return; strong service and value balanced against occasional cleanliness/security lapses and minor amenity issues.

Management needs to do a better job managing the vacant/occupied rooms.
Pros:

This has been my companies favorite place to stay until recent events.

Cons:

Came to my room to find someone asleep in my bed, There was a drunk lady passed out in my bed in the room with all my belongings. This is a huge disappointment in the management staff. We have been staying here for weeks working out of town.
How does this kind of thing happen?

Pretty much what I expected from a budget priced motel.
Pros:

Convenient location. Decent breakfast. Helpful staff.

Cons:

First night bathroom floor was so dirty that we left muddy foot prints when stepping out of the shower. That was corrected after reporting it to the front desk. Also, the room had a small safe in the closet with no instructions and no help from staff on how to use it. It would have been nice to have a notepad in the room.
